    2. Submission Guidelines

Please submit your manuscript through the Submission System on the journal's official website. If you have any questions regarding submission, please contact the Editorial Department of the journal (hdjs-chd@vip.163.com).

Multiple submissions are strictly forbidden. If the manuscript has been presented at an academic conference or published in an internal journal, please indicate this at the time of submission. We recommend that authors keep a copy of their original manuscript, as we will not return the original submitted manuscript to the author, regardless of acceptance.

If you do not receive an acceptance notification from the journal within 3 months of submission, you may handle your manuscript at will. The Editorial Department may make appropriate deletions and changes to accepted manuscripts, and if you do not agree with this, please make a statement when submitting the manuscript. Once the manuscript is published, the Editorial Department will give the author at least 2 copies of the current issue as a gift.

    3. Requirements on Manuscripts

    (1) Manuscripts should have a clear theme, authentic materials, strict structure, concise text, and be innovative and scientific. The length of the manuscript should be at least 5000 words, with 5-10 key words and an abstract of at least 300 words in both English and Chinese.

    (2) Structured abstract including the parts of Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion should be adopted. For academic papers, please provide the article title, names and affiliations of all authors, keywords and abstract in both Chinese and English. The affiliation should include the full name, city and postal code of the institution.

    (3) Manuscripts should use correct units and symbols. The full names of unpublished abbreviations used for the first time in the text should be given in parentheses.

    (4) The titles of figures and tables should be given in both Chinese and English.

    (5) References should only include published literature that the author has personally read and directly cited in the manuscript, with priority given to relatively new scientific literature published in the last 10 years. Chinese references are required to be accompanied by the corresponding English translations.

    (6) If the research has a funded project or is conducting a major research project at the ministerial or provincial level or above, please indicate the name and number of the project in the manuscript in English and Chinese, and provide the relevant supporting documents. The journal will give priority to the manuscript for publication.

    (7) The author's profile should include the author's name, year of birth, gender, ethnicity, title, degree, research area, and email address.

    4. Charges

The journal does not charge any publication or other fees. We provide the service of urgent publication to the authors, and the fee of urgent publication is 500 to 2000 CNY for each article, depending on the degree of urgency.

    5. Review on Manuscripts

The journal adopts a double-blind peer review system, and the review process includes preliminary review (1-10 days), peer review (5-30 days), second peer review for revised manuscripts (1-15 days), second review (1-10 days), and final review by the Editor-in-Chief (1-10 days). The decisions of acceptance or rejection are generally sent to authors within one to three months.

Upon receipt of the manuscript, the editors will conduct a preliminary review of the manuscript. Manuscripts with insufficient originality, serious scientific or technical deficiencies, lack of a significant message, or outside the scope of the journal will be rejected before proceeding to formal peer review.

Manuscripts that pass the preliminary review will be sent to at least two experts for peer review. If there are differences in the review comments (acceptance, rejection, or revision) of the two reviewers, the manuscript will be sent to a third reviewer for further review, and the final review comments (acceptance, rejection, or revision) will be determined and sent to the corresponding author. Authors are required to provide a point-by-point response to the review comments and submit a revised version of the manuscript for a second peer review. After the manuscript has passed the peer review process, the Director of the Editorial Department will conduct the second review and the Editor-in-Chief will conduct the final review to decide whether to accept the manuscript.

For manuscripts submitted by the Editorial Board Members or editors of the journal, they must follow all the review and editing procedures of the journal. Review will be conducted independently of relevant Editorial Board Members, editors, and their research teams. All Editorial Board Members and editors are not allowed to participate in the review, editing and employment decisions of the manuscripts written by themselves, their families, colleagues, or other authors with interests.

    6. Academic Misconduct

The journal accepts only original articles that have not been submitted to or published in other journals. Academic misconduct such as plagiarism, fabrication of data, multiple submissions, and redundant publication is strictly prohibited.

In order to prevent academic misconduct, the Editorial Department conducts duplicate checks on all manuscripts at three stages: during preliminary review, upon receipt of the revised version, and prior to publication. The check system is the Academic Misconduct Detection System for Science and Technology Journals (AMLC) developed by CNKI, supplemented by the Wanfang Detection System.

Manuscripts involving academic misconduct will be rejected by the journal. For manuscripts with serious academic misconduct (e.g., intentional multiple submissions), the journal will no longer accept the authors' submission and will notify the authors' institutions and other relevant journals.

According to China's national requirements for journal quality management, we recommend authors to conduct plagiarism detection on manuscripts before submission. Conducting plagiarism detection through external channels may lead to the leakage of manuscripts and research results. Currently, Wanfang Data is the only platform that provides plagiarism detection service for individual users. Authors can voluntarily use the detection system of Wanfang Data to perform plagiarism pre-detection. Link: http://hdpower.wanfangtech.net
