    Bearing pedestal and foundation stiffnesses by finite element were analysed,the data of bearing support stiffnesses for a 1000MW nuclear power TG set was obtained. The influence of different bearing stiffness on the turbogenerator rotor critical speed of a million kilowatt class nuclear power were studied.The results showed that bearing stiffnesses by FEA were very close to experienced values.At the same time, critical speeds of TG rotor varies more sensitively with smaller bearing support stiffnesses, the bearing support stiffness should be big enough in design.

    the advancement and the reliability of third generation AP 1000 power reactor core cooling technology were introduced. The generating mechanism of the residual heat in the reactor core was expounded. The design features and the control strategy of the shutdown and cooling system of AP 1000 were analyzed and researched. It was expounded that the AP 1000 core cooling technology can satisfy the nuclear safety requirement and represents a forwardlooking design concept.

    The basic characteristics of nuclear power station steam turbine with its cycle are introduced, as well as the measurement methods of steam moisture. The effect of the changes of steam moisture on steam turbine inlet enthalpy, corrections of test results and total test uncertainty were analyzed. It is presented that in the pressurized water reactor nuclear power turbine performance test the design moisture at outlet of steam generator can be used to calculate the inlet steam moisture under certain circumstances as an alternative method to take place of direct measurement of moisture.

    The traditional island detection method on inverter side was analyzed. Based on comprehensive consideration of the advantages and disadvantages of original active voltagepositive feedback, an improved active voltagepositive feedback island detection method was put forward. The Matlab/simulink simulation result shows that comparing with traditional active voltagepositive feedback island detection method, the new method has higher detection speed and does not have detection blind zone, and it influences on the quality of the electric energy of the grid slightly.

    The control strategy of steam temperature control system of the 600MW unit in Harbin Third Power Plant of Huadian Energy Company Limited was introduced. The functions, the principle and the system configuration of the optimized steam temperature control system were expounded; the realization method of communication with INFI-90 system was explained; and the hardware configuration, the control logic and the implementation contents were described. Using the powerful intelligent calculation and control functions of the STOCS system control software package, according to analysis of the working condition variation of the boiler and the heating ability of each superheater, the amount of the attemperating water for keeping the main steam temperature in the set value was calculated exactly,and the target of accurate steam temperature control was realized.

    Through a period operation, due to scaling, corrosion and erosion by solid particles, the surface of flow passage of steam turbine will change from smooth to rough, and the power and the efficiency of various stages of flow passage of steam turbine will be impacted. The factors causing the surface of turbine flow passage to become rough were introduced. The variation process of the surface roughness of the turbine flow passage caused by these factors was expounded, and the mechanism of the performance deterioration of turbine flow passage caused by the rough surface was described. Combining with practical example, the influence of surface roughness on performance of flow passage of the turbine was analyzed.

    The advantages and disadvantages of the steam distribution control strategy by combination valve and sequence valve for 600MW aircooled unit were introduced. The variations of the parameters, such as the bearing bush temperature, the locus of shaft center, the position of shaft center and others, of the unit before and after optimization of the valve acting sequence were analyzed.     Due to the requirements of use functions, in one industrial building, the storey heights often are not the same, and the open pores on the floors are larger, which lead the irregularity of the structure in vertical and horizontal directions. The influences of the interstorey shear bearing capacity ratio and the limit value of the interstorey displacement angle on the irregular frame structure were analyzed combining with practical engineering project and using the PKPM finite element calculation software. When the limit value stated by relative specification can not be satisfied, it is able to adjust the structure arrangement to meet the requirement of the structure calculation and the technical equipment layout.

    By adopting several measures, which include that to increase the auxiliary steam as the deaerator heating steam source to keep the water temperature of the deaerator, to run one electrically driven feed pump and to raise the feed water temperature, the turning wet state to dry state of the boiler under conditions of low steam pressure and low load was implemented. This is improvement of the wettodry state turning; many problems existing in the wettodry state turning process were solved; the operation time in wet state was shortened; and the fault rate in wet state and the wettodry state turning process was reduced. Combining with the characteristics of the domestic 600MW supercritical oncethrough boiler, in the start up process of the supercritical oncethrough boiler, the optimized control of the wettodry state turning was carried out, and the purposes of the safety, the energy saving and the environment protection were realized.

    In commissioning process of the platen superheater of supercritical Wshape flame boiler in a power plant, the tube cracking accident occurred repeatedly. The original tube sample, the cracked tube sample and substances similar to oxide skin were inspected by several methods, which include the macroscopic inspection, the chemical composition analysis, the tensile test, the metallographic analysis, the scanning electron microscope and the energy spectrum analysis. Combining with inspection result obtained by endoscope after the boiler shutdown, it was found that the main reason of pipe cracking is that a mass of original or subsequent oxide skin fell off and blocked the throttle orifices and pipe of the header in inlet of the platen superheater, which causes that the medium flow in the pipe reduced, the cooling effect of steam for the pipe became lower; and the local parts of pipe was over temperature, and its hightemperature creep strength decreased.

    The selection of heat storage material for dishstyle and tower type solar thermal power generation systems using the air as heat carrier was expounded. The purpose is to determine the kind and structure of the heat storage material initially and to accomplish the preliminary screening of the heat storage material by calculation and analysis. The heat exchanging characteristics and the resistance characteristics of two heat storage materials, the ceramic ball and the honeycomb ceramic material, were calculated, compared and analyzed in detail; and it was proved theoretically that to use the honeycomb ceramic material as the heat storage material is proper.
