    Analysis on optimization of steam sealing gap adjustment for 600MW steam turbine

    The steam sealing gap is a major factor influencing on the thermal efficiency and thermal economical performance of steam turbine, and its

    adjustment method is especially important. The total process of semiinstalled cylinder steam sealing gap adjustment for the subcritical 600MW steam

    turbine of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant was expounded. Various factors influencing on the accuracy of semiinstalled cylinder steam sealing gap

    adjustment were analyzed. The new technology of fullyinstalled cylinder steam sealing gap optimal adjustment was introduced. Based on experiment, a

    satisfactory result of the 600MW turbine steam sealing gap optimal adjustment was obtained. The optimal adjustment scheme can provide a reference for

    persons of the same profession.

    Due to that there are many factors influencing on the tube cracking fault, and it can not judge the positions on low header outlet and upper header

    outlet corresponding with the spiraled tubes intuitively, it is difficult to find the reason of tube cracking of spiral water wall in a 600MW unit. Based

    on the metallographic analysis, the chemical analysis and the mechanical test of the cracked tube, it was found that the main reason of the water wall tube

    cracking is overtemperature, and the preventive measures were given, which provides certain reference for tube cracking analysis.

    Aiming at the frame structure of the gantry gate hoist of a dam, the finite element analysis model was established in the large finite element

    analysis software ANSYS. According to the practical operation process of the hoist in hydropower station, several typical conditions were selected; and under

    different load combination, the static characteristics of each condition were analyzed and calculated; and the rigidity and the strength of the structure

    were verified. In order to research the dynamic characteristics of the frame structure, based on the vibration mechanics, using the modal analysis method,

    the natural vibration characteristics of the structure were analyzed; and more exact and intuitive natural frequency and vibration type were obtained. The

    result shows that the frame structure of the gantry gate hoist is safe and feasible, but there is stress concentration in some parts, the natural vibration

    frequency of whole machine is smaller, and the parts with larger stress should be reinforced, and its structure design should be optimized properly.

    Aiming at the configuration of the startup waterfeed system of AP 1000, using the onedimensional fluid analysis software Flowmaster, a water

    feed system model was established. When the normal power supply of AP 1000 is outage, one startup waterfeed pump will be driven by standby diesel generator

    set and will operate normally. Suppose that the pump stops suddenly, based on the transient analysis, the nonsteadystate operation of the waterfeed

    system was simulated, and the simulation result was obtained. According to the comparison of the simulation results of different configurations, it was put

    forward that to install an air intake valve in backward position of the control valve can decrease the fluctuation of the flow. When the gas storage was

    installed, the fluctuation of the flow can be decreased, and the pressure rapidly increase will not occur, so the cavitations can be prevented effectively.

    According to the calculation result, the control method of the transient characteristics can be established; the fluctuation of the flow can be decreased and

    the cavitations can be controlled; so the startup waterfeed system of AP 1000 will operate more safely and stably.

So it is necessary to find the leakage as early as possible, at early or medium stage of the fault. The leakage phenomenon of the 300MW CFB boiler and the history curves of relevant parameters in leakage process were analyzed.     The control of the Wshape flame supercritical oncethrough boiler has some features, which include that the overheated steam temperature control and the coalwater ratio control are strong coupled,the furnace temperature is too high and leads severe coking,the control object of the overheated steam temperature has larger lag and longer inertia time and others. Aiming at above features, the increment function observer and state feedback control were added into the overheated steam temperature cascade PID control system of the 2×600MW unit in GongXian power plant. The practical commissioning and application show that the dynamic characteristics of the overheated steam temperature were significantly improved; and in the process of condition changing, the deviation of overheated steam temperature was controlled within the allowed range. The design scheme has better practical applicability and provides certain reference for supercritical units in steam temperature control.
