    The shafting vibration of the unit No.1 in Baotou Power Generation Branch of Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Company Limited was larger. The reason of the larger vibration was analyzed; and it was considered that the main reason of the vibration is mass unbalance of the shafting. In last stage blade in the two ends of the lowpressure II rotor and the coupler between the lowpressure II and the generator rotor, the dynamic balance weight measures were adopted. In stable operation of the system with full load, the shafting vibration is less than 70μm, which achieved the good index specified in relevant national standard.

    The power supply configuration of highpressure fireresistant oil type DEH of Hebei Datang International Wangtan Power Generation Company Limited was introduced, and the implementation of steam turbine tripping shutdown protection scheme when the DEH power supply is failure was described. The defects and the hidden safety hazard in original design scheme were analyzed. The DEH power failure protection scheme was optimized in the unit overhaul. The original single point protection was changed to the ‘two out of three’ and ‘two out of two’protection, the power failure alarm scheme of DEH control cabinet was optimized simultaneously. The safety and the reliability of the unit were improved.

    The signal injection method is a common method for small current grounding fault line selection and fault location, and along with its wide application, its limitation appears obviously day by day. Based on the summary of the maturational theory and experience of predecessors, using the S injection method, the single phase grounding fault of 10kV distribution network was researched. Considering the influence of the transition resistance and the line length on line selection and the influence of the line length on the fault location effect comprehensively, using the PSCAD simulation, the disadvantages of S injection method for line selection and the effective length of the fault location were obtained.

    Taking the heat spectrum supercritical water cooled reactor design model SCLWRH proposed by Japanese as research object, the relevant thermal physical calculation modules were established. Under the assumptive stuck shaft accident of the reactor coolant pump, the variation trends of the main coolant flow rate, the flow rate in fuel channel inlet, the maximum cladding temperature of the internal fuel assembly, the core pressure and the reactor power in the beginning of the lifecycle of the reactor were analyzed, and the maximum values of the cladding temperature of the internal fuel assembly in the beginning, the mediumterm and the end of the reactor lifecycle were compared. The obtained conclusion is as below, when the stuck shaft accident occurs during the beginning of the lifecycle of the reactor, the reactor power will reduce quickly,the core pressure will reduce gradually, the cladding temperature of the internal fuel assembly will rise quickly first, and then will reduce quickly, the maximum cladding temperature rise is 132℃, which is still meet the accident safety design criteria; the hazard of the stuck shaft accident occurred in beginning of lifecycle is largest, and the accident occurs in end of the lifecycle will has smallest hazard. The computational analysis in this paper can provide basic reference for qualitative analysis of safety characteristics of supercritical water cooled reactor.

    The main working stress of the hightemperature turbine bolts and its calculation method were introduced. For a typical bolt, using the software SolidWorks, a tridimensional finite element model was established; the ANSYS Workbanch was imported to carry out the finite element stress analysis; the whole and local VonMises equivalent stress distribution of the bolt was obtained. Some reasons leading to the failure of the bolt were analyzed preliminarily from the view point of stress. The life loss of the bolt caused by the bending stress and the fastening technology was analyzed. The results of this paper are of important significance for bolt metal supervision.

    For the install position of the 220kV metal zinc oxide arrester (MOA) is higher from the earth, in maintenance and preliminary test of MOA, larger amount of work must be spent to demolish the lead wires and this causes certain risk. A new test method was developed, in which to demolish the lead wires is not needed. To use the new method can lighten working strength, shorten working time and reduce the risk of persons and equipments. The theoretical feasibility and practically measured data of the new test method used in test of 220kV MOA were analyzed; and the analysis shows that the practically data of the MOA measured by the new method is comparable with the data measured by original method, in which the lead wires of MOA must be demolished; and the new test method can satisfy the requirement of relative regulations.

    In the water cooling towers of 300MW units, more advanced central shaft siphontype water distribution mode was adopted mostly. However, the practical effect of this water distribution mode was unsatisfactory; when the circulating pump is operating with high speed, the siphon can not be realized effectively, and the cooling effect of the circulating water was affected. At overhaul of unit No.3 in Huadian Tengzhou Xinyuan Thermal Power Company Limited, the siphon type water distribution mode of the water cooling tower had been reformed. The hoist gate type water distribution mode was adopted, and water distribution for full tower by single circulating pump was realized, which ensures the safe, stable and economical operation of the water cooling tower under various conditions.

By the continual readjustment in practical operation, the operation parameter optimization scheme of the plasma ignition system was summarized.     To apply the DeviceNet bus in stackerreclaimer in rounded stock yard, which is used gradually widely, can decrease the cable cost, improve the communication between the equipments and provide devicelevel diagnosis function to find and solve the faults timely and to ensure the production continuity. Taking the DeviceNet bus used in the stackerreclaimer in round stock yard of a power plant as example, the system design and application of the bus were introduced. Normal operation of the stackerreclaimer in rounded stock yard in the power plant for two years shows that the bus is stable and intelligent character, and it is worthy of more wide application in rounded stackerreclaimer projects.

    The main steam overpressure protection systems of the AP1000 nuclear power unit and the 1000MW ultra supercritical fossil fuel power unit were introduced; the thermal parameters, the protection devices and the control functions of the two protection systems were analyzed comparatively. The main steam overpressure protection of AP1000 nuclear power unit is realized by the safety valve, the steam turbine bypass system and the atmospheric relief valve,it has the dual functions of temperature adjustment and pressure adjustment, which can ensure safe outage of the reactor in emergency. In 1000MW fossil fuel power unit, the high pressure bypass valve is used to replace the superheater safety valve, which not only can eliminate the high intensity noise caused by the safety valve discharge, but also can recover the working medium as far as possible and improve the start performance of the unit.

    Aiming at the problems of the high operation cost, the serious abrasion of the slag conveying tubes and others of the negative pressure slag conveying system existed in the followup conveying system of drytype slag extractor, the reasons of the problems were analyzed, and the optimization scheme was proposed. The operation situation of the optimized negative pressure conveying system was compared with that of original negative pressure conveying system used in similar fossil fuel power unit, and the result shows that the optimization of the negative pressure conveying system can reduce the operation cost effectively, decrease the system maintenance working load and improve the conveying efficiency.

    The operating characteristics of the direct aircooled steam condenser were analyzed. Taking two units as examples (there is ash deposition in the fin tube's face of one unit, and the other unit is clean.), the variation law of the parameters of each area of the aircooled condenser with ash deposition in partial area was obtained by theoretic calculation.The results show that the effective heat radiation of the direct aircooled condenser with ash deposition is decreased, and the amount of the condensed steam is also decreased. Along with the increase of the ash deposition in the dirty unit, the heat radiation and the amount of the condensed steam of the clean unit increase gradually, and the air temperature rise also increases obviously.

    The reverse osmosis concentration method and the crystal seed process are desulphurization wastewater subsequent depth treatment methods commonly used at present, but the treatment results of the methods are not so ideal. A composite method, which include pretreatment softening + mechanical steam recompression cycle evaporation + trieffects mixed flow forced circulation evaporation crystallization + centrifugal drying package technology, was adopted; and the disadvantages of the commonly used methods were improved. In this composite method, the wastewater will be treated by softening, evaporation, crystallization, drying and packaging, and will be emitted as steam or will be closed and buried as sewage sludge at last. This method with zero discharge of the liquid wastewater has favorable social and economical benefit.

Aiming at the problem of soot formation and slagging of the boiler heating surface in a garbage power plant in the Shenzhen, which causes the plant can not operate continuously in longer period, a technical reformation using the mechanical shaking combined with shock wave technology was carried out.     The wind resource evaluation is the foundation work for wind farm development, which is directly related to the accuracy of the microscopic site selection and influences on the economic benefit of the wind farm. The current wind resource evaluation method is mainly based on the numeric simulation. The wind resource data obtained by wind tower in fixed altitude, the topographic map and other materials were imported into the certain software to calculate the wind resource distribution in the altitude of the wheel hub of the wind turbine. In this method, due to that there is error in the previous data processing, certain error exists in the calculation result of the wind resource distribution. The wind resource evaluation method for complex terrain by multiple wind towers with comprehensive landform and wind shear data fitting and correction was proposed. Firstly, the wind data in fixed altitude measured by the wind towers was used to calculate the wind resource of each wind turbine site in selected area at the fixed altitude of wind tower,the known topography data of the wind tower positions and the wind shear data were used to simulate the wind shear of the planned wind turbine positions, the wind resource in altitude of wind turbine wheel hub was calculated by the law of the wind speed variation along with the wind shear. At last, the accuracy of the model was proved by practical example.
