    To solve the problem of steam turbine end stage runner wet steam, a numerical method for end stage static blade dehumidification structure design was introduced. The 20th stage runner phase change process was simulated. Tail spray dehumidification structure with different width gap was designed. The condensation process in runner was explained by nucleation theory and droplet growth model. Otherwise, tail spray dehumidification structure is effective, and performance best when the gap is 0.4mm wide.

    The numerical simulation software, Fluent, was utilized to improve centrifugal fan bladeless guide and its optimum working condition. The model of bladeless guide was built. The main variates are volute width and volute opening. After meshed in Gambit, the inlet flow rate was adjusted under a given working condition. Based on aerodynamic numerical simulation and relative formula, resistance coefficient and rotation coefficient, which would be used to study bladeless guide, were obtained. The result indicated that increase of flow rate ratio, volute width and volute opening will help to reduce resistance coefficient.

    Comprehensive solution of multiple horizontal water supply and low level water supply overpressure was indicated. Numerical modeling analysis of pipeline pressure fluctuation was carried out by hydromechanics software. By comparing fluid field pressure fluctuation, the fluctuation was controlled less than 20% of normal flow rate. The result of numerical modeling provided theoretical basis for selection of valve pressure rating and closing time. Fluctuation of water flow in pipeline was eliminated. Leakage of working face water supply system connections was eliminated.

By numerical simulation of flow field of cyclone separator are internal gas and gassolid twophase flow simulation, after observing the results of numerical simulation can be found in gas velocity into the cyclone after the first increases and then decreases, then around the external cyclone downward movement after the movement to the bottom of the cyclone separator began to move upward along the same direction.
