    In debugging process of the condensed water fine treatment system of 2×600MW unit in Guohua Mengjin Power Generation Company Limited, some problems occurred, which include that the pressure difference of the resin trapper was higher, the regeneration effect was poor, the interlock protection was not designed and so on. Aiming at these problems, a practical and feasible solution was proposed, and the safe and stable operation of entire system was ensured.

    The feasibility of using the domestic resins D003NJ and D203NJ in condensed water fine treatment to substitute for import resins with the same performance was introduced. The application of these domestic resins in two 600MW subcritical units of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant shows that to replace the abroad resins by domestic same products is feasible completely.

    In normal operation of the 1000MW unit, the operation mode of the condensate pumps is that two pumps are put into operation, and one pump is standby. The two operating pumps are controlled by variable frequency control technology, and the standby pump is driven by 50Hz power source. Along with increase of the unit peak shaving depth, the variation range of the unit load also increases. After the condensate pump was controlled by variable frequency control technology, it is very important to keep the condensate pump outlet mainpipeline pressure and the water level of the deaerator to be stable in normal operation. A solution of the operation and control mode of the condensate pump of 1000MW unit was proposed.

    In the condensate system, in order to reduce the throttle loss of the deaerator water level control valve and reduce the power consumption rate of the condensate pump, by means of test and grope, the variable frequency operation mode of the condensate pump was optimized. When the unit operates normally, the condensate pump converter can be put into operation automatically, the safe and stable operation of the unit under various conditions was ensured, and the power consumption rate of the condensate system was reduced further.

    The operation parameters and the economical efficiency of the draft fans for boilers of five power plants (five units) were analyzed, and the energy consumption rate of the fans under different conditions was obtained. According to analysis on the fan efficiency, the resistance characteristics of the fan pipeline and the adjustment mode of the fans, the basic reason of higher energy consumption of the fans in practical operation was found, and the main reformation way of the fans for the five power plants (5units) was put forward.

    In energyloss analysis of thermal power units, the vacuum base value usually obtained by fitting the curve of condenser characteristics provided by the condenser manufacturer, and this is suitable for special condition only, in which the cooling water flow, the condenser steam flow, the cooling water flow velocity, the cooling water temperature at the inlet and other parameters are all in the range of designed value. Taking the 150MW unit of Inner Mongolia Huadian Wuda Thermal Power Company Limited as example, the vacuum base values obtained by three calculation methods were analyzed and compared. The result shows that according to the base value obtained by fitting the manufacturerprovided condenser characteristics curve, it is can not calculate the condenser pressure base value, and the calculated value obtained under variable working condition of the condenser should be taken as the vacuum base value.

    After T92 steel was tempered at different tempering temperature and by different cooling methods, the variations of properties of T92 steel, such as the microstructure, the hardness and the mechanical properties, were detected. The influence of the tempering treatment on the characteristics of P92 steel was researched. The experiment results show that after high temperature tempering (830℃), the microstructure of the T92 steel changed from martensite into ferrite and carbide gradually, the tensile strength and the shock absorbing energy of the steel did not reduce, but the hardness and the yield strength of the steel reduced obviously (lower than the lower limit value required by relevant standard). On the side, in high temperature tempering process below AC1 line, the cooling speed does not much impact the properties and the microstructure of the material.

    In the electrical design, the selection of the electrical safety clear distance has important impact on the reliability of electrical operation and the safety of working personnel. In the file DL/T 5352—2006“Technical Code for Designing High Voltage Electrical Switchgear”, only the safety clear distances for several conventional voltage classes were given. When the designed voltage is changed, it is unable to select the safety clear distance from the technical code directly. According to the comparison of the domestic standard with the international standards, the relation between the minimum electrical clear distance and the minimum safety distance was discussed, and the computing method of electrical safety clear distance was obtained.

    In recent years, the universal type highvoltage cascade frequency converter became key device for energy conservation due to its structural advantages. The output current of the converter is the key variable for overload protection, overcurrent protection and V/F control compensation, so it is very necessary to measure the realtime current effective value accurately. The fast true RMS method using 1/6 period wave was used to calculate the effective value of the current signal. Then the fitting method was used to obtain the practical output current of the converter. The algorithm is one of true RMS algorithms and suitable for detection of current signal containing harmonics; and in this method, the repeated mean value filtering necessary for other methods is avoided, so the calculation time is reduced. By this method, the control system of the converter can provide more accurate reference for the overload protection circuit, and the misoperation rate of the system is decreased, which provides possibility to set more accurate safety margin for the equipment and to ensure safe operation of the equipment.

The problems of the deterministic dynamic programming method in solving cascade power generation optimized dispatch caused by the limitation of the method itself were analyzed. The deterministic dynamic programming method is of certain guiding significance for seeking cascade medium and long term power generation optimal dispatch strategy and the power generation plan analysis, however, it is not suitable to solve the problem of shortterm power generation dispatch optimization.

    In order to solve the problem of single communication mode of the Wuxijiang water regimen measuring and reporting system and to make the system to conform to the specification, the short message channel was constructed additionally in the system, and the system dual channel communication mode was realized. The construction configuration, the operation, the advantages and disadvantages, the obtained results and existing problems of the system dual channel were analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward. After reformation, the stability and the reliability of operation of the water regimen measuring and reporting system were improved, which provides a guarantee for improving the flood forecasting accuracy and leading function for economic operation of the hydropower plant and the flood control and drought relief, and the requirements of flood control and scientific dispatching of the reservoir were satisfied preferably.

    The structure of HP type mediumspeed mill was introduced. The defects of HP type mediumspeed mill in operation, such as the serious wear of the scraper, the coal contained in discharged gravels, the decreased oil viscosity in lubricatingoil station, the jamming of slag discharging pneumatic gate, the air leakage in primary hot air regulating gate, the larger dust concentration during slag discharging, the falling off fault of the wearresisting scaleboard and others, were analyzed. The feasible preventive measures were formulated; the defects of the equipment were eradicated completely, and the operation reliability of the mill was enhanced.

    For the startup and shutdown process of turbine No.1 and No.2 in Urumqi Thermal Power Plant of Huadian Xinjiang Power Generation Company Limited, the electrically driven feed pump was adopted for boiler water feeding, its feed ability is 30% rated capacity of the boiler. When the units load reached 100MW, the unit load up had to be stopped for rolling the turbofeed pump, this would not only delay the units load up, but also increase the house service consumption rate. Application of an improved scheme, in which the turbofeed pump rolled by a standby steam source is used to feed the boiler instead of the electrically driven feed pump, solved the problem of load up limitation and saved the house service consumption rate, favorable economical benefits have been obtained.

    In the unit of a power plant, the grid connecting signal of DEH system for the generator had disappeared. The target value of the DEH system could not set normally. Under the speed control mode, the opening of the turbine speed governing valve had been decreased gradually; and this had caused the generator reverse power protection to trip, and a splitting accident of the generator from the system had occurred. The reasons of this outage accident were analyzed, and the measures for prevention of similar accidents were put forward.

    According to analysis of physical property of heat transfer oil sample data, using method of mathematical model, the parameters of the physical property were calculated by regression algorithm, and in range of set allowed variance, the parameters of the mathematical model were obtained. The calculation result was compared with the physical property calculation result in original database, and the comparison shows that to adopt the physical parameters based on the sample data regression can improve the calculation precision and perfect the engineering design.
