    The fracture accident of last fourstage blade of the steam turbine in Xinjiang Baicheng Power Plant was occurred again.The reasons of blade fracture were analyzed. The online replacing technology of last fourstage blade with pinned root and concrete requirements were introduced. After the blades were replaced online, the unit operates normally; and the actual effect of the blade replacing technology was obtained.

    In Urumqi Thermal Power Plant of Huadian Xinjiang Power Generation Corporation Limited, after the operation mode of steam turbine No.1 was changed over from single valve mode into sequence valve mode, the bearing vibration of turbine No.1 in X,Y direction increased to about 200μm, which has a strong impact on unit safety; so the turbine operation mode had to be changed over into single valve mode again. The single valve operation mode causes larger cutoff loss, and the steam rate of the unit will increase, the economical efficiency of the unit will reduce. The open sequence of single valve mode and sequence valve mode was regulated, the unit vibration had been controlled less than 70μm, and the desired effects were obtained. 

    In the design of water intake and drainage engineering for coastal nuclear power plants, the influence of multiple aspects, such as the coast stability, the variation of sediment flushing on the seabed, the tide level, the wave, the sediment and the sea creatures in the sea area near the plant, must be considered. Through the engineering project analysis, the optimized scheme between the hydraulic engineering allocation, the structure and the heat dissipation capacity was put forward, and the key points in design of the water intake and drainage project were given. It was pointed out finally that for the water intake and drainage project of coastal nuclear power plant, the engineering scheme must be determined on the base of the technical and economical comparison and argumentation of several schemes, the hydraulic numerical simulation calculation and the physical model experiment. 

    The feasibility of merging the induced draft fan and the booster fan for desulphurization in 2×600MW unit of Guizhou Huadian Tongzi Power Generation Corporation Limited was analyzed. The fan type selection schemes for merging mode and the two fans separately configuring mode were put forward. The initial costs and the costs of operation and maintenance of the two modes were compared. The type selection of merged fan and the configuring number of induced draft fan were demonstrated. The scheme of merging the induced draft fan and the boost fan for desulphurization was recommended in this project, and the axial fan with adjustable rotor blade was recommended for the merged fan.

    The poor quality and varied grades of asfired coal may cause the mass fraction of the sulfur to be much higher than the designed value, which will lead to the desulphurization equipments irregular operating and even to be damaged.     Aiming at the aging of partial insulation and partial discharge of wall bushing for switch cabinet bus, using the finite element analysis software Ansys, the partial electric field distribution was simulated and analyzed. The two structure optimization schemes were put forward, one of them is to increase the inner diameter of the insulation bushing properly, and the other is to reform the rectangular section of the bus into round corner shape. The simulation result shows that the optimized schemes can improve the electric field distribution in the air gap between the bus and the wall bushing and decrease the partial insulation aging of the wall bushing effectively.

According to the analysis of the collected data, it was determined that the reason of the larger variation of the measured value is the fault in the 2801 type electrical bridge. After the lead column joint of the oil cup of 2801 type electrical bridge was replaced, the measured data of the oil dielectric factor became stable, and the internal electric discharge was solved effectively.

    The threepoint method is a relatively practical dynamic balancing method for fans. In this method, an identical trial mass will be located in proper sequence on three positions,the angles between two of them are all 120°,for measuring the three vibration values, then the drawing diagram by using the CAD software.     In the overhaul test of rotor of hydroelectric generator No.2 in Hunanzhen Hydropower Station, it was found that the alternating impedance of the magnetic pole was decreased and the power loss was increased. The left and right outlet terminals of pole No.9, the impedance voltage of which was decreased in largest scale, were unfastened, then relevant test was carried out, and the reasons of abnormal situation of the pole were analyzed. One of the reasons is metallic interturn shortcircuit in the pole coil. In addition, the dirt in the pole, in which metal particles were contained, should cause local short magnetic circuit of iron core. It is pointed out that the influence of the indirect short circuit of rotor magnetic circuit on the test data should be considered in test.
