    Application of double-membrane method in desalted water station of the Power Plant in Hansteel′s New Developing Area

    The water source and the water quality condition of the desalted water station of the Power Plant in Hansteel′s New Developing Area were introduced. Based on this, the technical indicators of water source and water quality were analyzed. The doublemembrane method water treatment process was discoursed in detail. And, according to its characteristics, the feasibility of application of this water treatment process in the desalted water station of the Power Plant in Hansteel′s New Developing Area was demonstrated. The practice result shows that the water treatment process satisfied the requirement of supply water quality of desalted water station, and excellent application effect was obtained. 

    The problems, which were existed in the chemical water processing programmed control system such as the devices were aged, the reliability was low, the availability factor of the programmed control was low, the functions were imperfect, the upper level processor of HMI was crashed, the signal communication was blocked, the supply voltage of the field electromagnetic valve was too low,and others, were analyzed. The reformation scheme of the programmed control system and the implement process of the scheme were introduced. The software upgrading and merging, the software and hardware simulation test and the construction and debug in step mode were described. The concrete methods and experiences of programmed control PLC system reformation of chemical water system during unit operation were summarized.

    In Hunan Datang Shimen Power Plant, the condensate precision processing system can not operate normally due to its bad effect of resin regeneration and separation. Based on utilizing original equipments as much as possible, the condensate precision processing system had been reformed, and in the reformation, the high tower separation method with better effect had been adopted for regeneration system. After the reformation, the condensate precision processing system operates more steadily and economically.

    The water supply of the chemical water treatment in Heilongjiang Yadian Xinbao Heat and Power Corporation Limited is the water of Nenjiang River. Before 2004, the effluent water of the clarifier often was not qualified, and the phenomenon of serious water quality deterioration was occurred in flood period of almost every year. Based on experiment of long time, the reasons influencing on the effluent water quality of clarifier in different period were analyzed indepth, and concrete solving measures were put forward. Then the difficult problem of effluent water quality disqualification had been thoroughly solved.

    In practical operation of reverse osmosis system of Wangting Power Plant, some problems were occurred, which includes that the output water turbidity of multimedia filter was higher, the pressure difference between water inlet terminal and concentrated water terminal of reverse osmosis device was higher, the rate of desalination was lower and others. The problems were analyzed. Some measures were adopted, which include that to change the locality of adding medicine, to adjust the operation condition of active carbon and the backwashing condition, to change the connection of low pressure flushing pipe and others. Then the abovementioned problems were solved, and the security and economical efficiency of reverse osmosis system were enhanced.

    The system structure of ‘.Net Remoting’ was analyzed, and the application of ‘.Net Remoting’ technique in distributed process data computing platform was studied. Through the design of directory services, configuration services and computing services in the system, the structure of distributed computing platform with characteristics of flexible deployment was accomplished. The module components were designed and calculated to provide basic modules and application modules for computing task configuration. Taking the production target examination of power plant as example, by using the distributed platform, some difficult problems, such as the frequent varying of examining rules, the complexity and variation of calculation task and the parallel processing of realtime data and history data, were properly solved.

    By analysis of characteristics of production process data, the necessity of deciding the stability of production process data was explained. Three common data stability deciding methods were introduced, and based on the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages, a new production data stability deciding method—the secondary stability algorithm was put forward. The algorithm includes two parts, which are deciding process of data stability in fixed time segment and searching algorithm extension. Its core content is to compare the probability and relevant stability indicators of data occurred in range near the average. Taking the concrete data of the Panshan Power Plant as analyzing example, the results of abovementioned methods were compared, and it was proved that the secondary stability algorithm is more rational testing method with better robustness and higher accuracy.

    The main steam temperature controlled object has large inertia, long time lag and timevariation in thermal power plant. In order to enhance the economy and safety of thermal power plant, it is usually required that the main steam temperature control system should have higher performance indexes. However, better performance can not be achieved with traditional control methods which use the normal PID cascade control. In order to improve the regulation quality of the PID controller of main steam temperature, a new fuzzy setting method by using the fuzzy rules of mainsteam temperature system was designed, and the relevant structure of the hardware and software design based on MCS89C52 singlechip computer were introduced in this paper. The simulation results show that this model can online modify its controller parameters to maintain the performance indexes of control system approximately invariable when working conditions change. It has practicable significance for engineering application.

    In July 2008,during minor repairs of #1 boiler of Shengli Power Plant,high temperature corrosion of boiler water wall tubes in large size was found, and by inspection, total 129 tubes had been determined must be replaced due to that the thinning of tube wall was exceeded the limit. According to analysis of high temperature corrosion of #1 boiler water wall tubes, the reasons of high temperature corrosion were found, and the relevant prevention measures had been worked out. Then the hidden dangers for safe operation of the boiler were eliminated.

    In the reformation of programming control for tipper, the OMRON-C200H type programmable logic controller (PLC) made in Japan was used as the core of control system. The secondary circuit control part of original control system, which was mainly made up of relays, was replaced fully by PLC. The PLC has many advantages, such as the high reliability, the little maintenance workload, the flexible control configuration, the high control accuracy, the good extensibility and others. After the reformation, the full automatic operation of tipper was realized, and the reliability of tipper system was enhanced.

    In order to reduce power consumption, the speed of the induced draft fan of Sanhe Power Generation Corporation Limited is controlled by hydraulic coupling. But the oil temperature of hydraulic coupling was too high, so the combined adjustment mode of hydraulic coupling and regulating damper had been adopted. The regulating damper was adjusted in a smaller range in long time; therefore the actuating element was worn seriously and caused the damper jam. The material of regulating damper actuating element had been replaced, and the unit normal operation was ensured.

    The main designed characteristics and structure parameters of the deep energy conservation equipment of #4 unit in a power plant in Shandong were introduced, and the commission and operation results were presented. The test results showed that putting this deep energy conservation equipment into operation would decrease the outlet gas temperature by 55~65℃, reduce the generation coal consumption rate by 4.2~4.5g/(kW·h), reduce water consumption by 155kt/year, and the annual economical benefit will be 3.40 million Yuan.
