    As the GIS overhaul progressed and the upcoming retrofit of protection device for generatortransformer unit in Dongfeng Power Plant, it is more important to synchronously implement the duple configuration of breaker operating circuit and the application of related circuits at the foundation of achieving duple configuration of main equipments. The main problems existing in 220kV breaker operating circuit of Dongfeng Power Plant, such as DC operating power supply, tripping prevention, etc., were researched, the retrofit scheme of 220kV breaker operating circuit has been investigated, and the substantial suggestions were proposed in this paper.

    The protection configuration and charge control logic of LFP-901B extrahigh voltage digital fast line protection equipment were introduced. Once the charge circuit did not charge after reclose circuit act, and this caused the protection equipment act incorrectly. The fault was analyzed. The defect of charge circuit of the equipment and the hazard caused by HHKK value of zero were pointed out. Aiming at the defect of the charge circuit, some suggestions and rectification measures were put forward.

    A simulation model of photovoltaic cell was introduced; the principle of the realization of MPPT by using the dutycycle perturbation method was analyzed. In order to further simplify the algorithm, the feasibility of realization of MPPT based on output current detection was analyzed; the principle of the algorithm and the realization thought were explained; the Matlab simulation model was established and simulation experiment was done. The correctness of the algorithm was proved by the simulation result.

    Taking a planned hydropower station as example, the new developing scheme of diversion type hydropower station was described briefly. The core of the new scheme is decreasing the design flow velocity in long pressure culvert to restrict the pressure of water hammer to create the condition for eliminating the surge tank (or air cushion type surge chamber); and designing the pressure tunnel to be burial more deeply to create the condition for rock land field stress to bear the internal and external load and then eliminating the tunnel lining. Some problems were occurred frequently in the boiler operation which includes overtemperature in cool panel and hot panel of superheater, pipe explosion and local serious wear of watercooled wall in furnace. Theses problems influenced on safety operation of unit seriously. The relevant measures were adopted, the cool panel and hot panel of superheater were reformed. After the reformation, the cool panel and hot panel of superheater operate well, and pipe explosion due to overtemperature has not occurred.

The macroscopic detection and related data measurement were carried out for the deformed tubes. The analysis showed that the deformation reason of reheater tubes bundle is the expansion coefficient difference of tubes materials and the inner stress of the tubes material. Some measures were adopted such as replace certain tubes sections, tracing and supervisory, comprehensive treatment, etc. so the safety and stable operation of the high temperature reheater tubes bundle had been ensured.

    The parameters and system of booster pump of turbofeed pump in 600MW unit of Baotou Huadian Power Generation Corporation Limited were studied. In the startingup of No.1 unit after overhaul, the cold state boiler water feeding scheme using booster pump of turbofeed pump had been implemented. Until today, the cold state boiler water feeding scheme had been implemented in No.1 and No.2 units four times. Due to implementation of this scheme, the operation time of electric feed pump was decreased, the auxiliary power was reduced, and expected energysaving effects were achieved. The results of this scheme show that the scheme is practical and feasible.
