    The lifetime diagnosis of superheater based on oxide skin measurement

    The superheater pipes of a certain power plant were detected by using the fast, non-destructive testing of inside oxide skin of boiler pipes and metallographic examination, and their lifetimes were diagnosed. The result shows that the thickness of inside oxide skin of superheater pipes is less than 0.15mm, the thickness of metal layer is no found to reduce obviously, its hardness is normal, the aging level of 12Cr1MoV is 3 which is moderate aging, TP347shows aging trend, the residual lifetimes of each pipe are longer than 60000h.

    Based on the residual stress tests of interflow type hydraulic turbine runner of some hydroelectric power stations in southwest China, this article introduced the indentation strain gage method and its characteristics of the newest application in hydraulic turbine runner residual stress tests, and according to the test data, the runner residual stress distributed condition was analyzed. Combine with the information of other hydroelectric power stations, the reasons of crack appeared have been discussed in the runner production process and operation, the relation between crack and welding residual stress has obtained. The way to solve the question has been put forward finally.

    The synchronized online chamecial cleaning of 3×390MW units circulating water system was implemented by using the chamecal online cleaning technology, in which the Y-CH107 cleaning agent was used, the integrated biofouling removal, cleaning and passivation processes were adopted. The cleaning process did not influence units generation, the pH value was controled in range 4 to 5. Then the corrosion rates of materials in the system were controled effectively. Taking the 3×390MW combined gas and steam turbine units of Hangzhou Huadian Banshan Generation Corporation Limited as examples, the application, implement process and effect of circulating water system chamecal online cleaning technology were described briefly, and its economic benefit was analyzed.

    The necessity of electrical equipment reformation in Xiaoshunjiang Water Transfer Pumping Station Project Phase I was analyzed. In order to ensure the water feeding to Shaoxing to be no interrupted and to ensure the construction quality of the project, the safety and fasibility of the reformation scheme were analyzed and compared. After reformation, the pumping station operated favorably, and the fault rate was reduced obviously.

    The serious ash fouling fault was happened in air preheater of boiler No.4 of Xinjiang Huadian Hongyanchi Power Generation Corporation Limited, which influenced on the stability of pulverized coal combustion and the safety of electrostatic precipitator, and the boiler was be compelled to shut down for cleaning the deposited ash manually. The reason of ash fouling in air preheater was analyzed, some detailed preventive measures were put forward, and the problems of ash fouling in air preheater and low temperature corrosion were solved.

    A water regime autoforecasting system based on the general packet radio service(GPRS) technique was designed for the forecasting system working timely and accurately, the system was composed by telemetry station, GPRS modules and information center, and the modules are includes data acquisition module, information transmission module and memory analyzing module. It has been proved by application that the system was high reliability, wide covering range, convenient stationing, easy expansion, fast networking, low cost of maintenance.

    The promulgation of 《Medium and Long Term Nuclear Power Industry Development Plan (2005—2020)》 by China State Council indicated the policy for nuclear power industry would change from "proper development" to "positive development". Except the coastal area, new nuclear power plants will also be constructed in inner land area. The plant location selection of nuclear power plant should be very scientifically, carefully and strictly, beside geology, meteorology, hydrology, hydraulic, nature environment and safety, the problems about adopting natural ventilation, mechanical draft cooling tower for water resource saving, ensuring safe water supplication and satisfying the discharge standard should be considered especially in inner land area.

    According to the characteristics of fault diagnosis for centrifugal pump, wavelet package decomposition and reconstruction technique is used to extracting frequency band energy feature, a fusion diagnosis method is presented by using fuzzy neural network and D-S evidence theory for centrifugal pump. Firstly, according to the method of wavelet package, vibration signals of displacement and acceleration of centrifugal pump were disposed and transformed into feature vector value; then, two subFNN structures were established, and their training samples were obtained. After two subFNN were trained successfully, the intermediate diagnosis results were obtained through two subFNN. Finally, the FNN diagnosis results were used as the basic probability distribution value to each fault mode, and the D-S evidence theory was applied, and the final fusion diagnosis results were obtained. The experimental result was to verify the method presented in this paper.

    Based on Visual Basic 6.0, according to the related regulations and calculation methods of DL/T 651—1998《Requirements for Hydrogen Humidity of Generators Using Hydrogen as a Coolant》,quoting some application software such as Microsoft Office Access, Microsoft Excel,the generator hydrogen data management system was developed. The problem of converting the hydrogen humidity of generator by Lookup table only is resolved, and standardization and routinization of hydrogen data storage was realized. This system was applied in Hunan Huadian Changsha Power Generation Corporation Limited successfully, the calculation and management of hydrogen data was rapider, more convenient and more normative due to application of this system.

    The function of steam sealing is to reduce the steam leakage loss of turbine. The qualified labyrinth clearance can ensure the relative inner efficiency of turbine, smaller labyrinth clearance will influence on turbine safety operation, and bigger labyrinth clearance will reduce inner efficiency of turbine. In overhaul, the adjustment quality of labyrinth clearance is very important for turbine safety, economical operation. The traditional labyrinth clearance overhaul process has some defects which cause the qualification rate of labyrinth clearance to be lower. The test and adjustment methods of labyrinth clearance were improved, and which was helpful for unit safety and economical operation.

    The characteristic,logical function and application of grid islanding and load shedding schedule were introduced, which was applied in the partial power net composed by the INDORAMA Captive Power Plant, INDORAMA SYNTHETICS TBK and Indonesia National Power Grid (PLN). In the process of formulation and implementation of the technical schedule, not only the demands of electrical system standards of China were considered, but also the experiences of abroad electric system experts were absorbed and syncretized. When the voltage of National Power Grid is failure, the schedule can ensure the Captive Power Plant can operate at islanding mode, and can shed load automatically according to the plant capacity and practical load. The schedule is summary of Capital Power Plant (small power synchronized system) splitting and load sheding design and logical function, and it is expected that the schedule is helpful for the engineers working at power plant construction.

The principle and the process flow of online setting were introduced emphatically, the result of online setting was analyzed.     The bush burning loss fault of steamdriven feed pump was happened repeatedly in 2×600MW units of Hunan Huadian Changsha Power Generation Corporation Limited, and which caused a grave threat to units safety operation. The parameters before and after bush burning loss were compared, the bush burning loss appearance was analyzed, and some experiments were accomplished. Then the basic reasons of bush burning loss fault were found which is that there were large particulates in oil and the oil temperature was lower at operation. A series of measures were adopted which includes to increase the lubricating oil pressure, to enlarge the oil inlet throttling plate and to control the oil temperature of small turbine strictly and others, so the problem of bush burning loss was resolved effectively.
