    Abstract:The photovoltaic array spacing design for largescale aboveground PV power station and housetop PV power station built on northern slope area was studied. Based on the concrete gradient, the terrain and the azimuth angle of buildings, an optimized design of PV array spacing was given. By means of general array spacing calculating formula, the coefficient of sunshine spacing at different latitude of the Northern Hemisphere was calculated. The relation between the field gradient and the PV array spacing was analyzed. The theoretic calculation method of PV array spacing design for northern slope area was deduced. Aiming at similar largescale aboveground power station, a multistep array design method was proposed.

    Abstract:The online temperature field monitoring system for air cooling system was introduced. Aiming at the problems existing in operation of direct air cooled unit, according to the realtime data of temperature field of air cooling system, the energysaving effect of the back pressure set value of the air cooling system was enhanced. Based on this, the design of antifreeze monitoring for the air cooled condenser was optimized. The necessity to measure the air temperature at inlet and outlet of the air cooled condenser by the air cooling temperature field online monitoring device was expounded.

    Abstract:The coordinated control system of the 600MW supercritical oncethrough unit of Shanwei Power Plant was analyzed. The load variation rate feedforward loop for the boiler input rate (BIR) had been designed. The steam pressure corrective loop of steam turbine master control was optimized. The control strategy of the boiler master control was adjusted. A more perfect coordinated control scheme was formed. Some problems, such as that the main team pressure fluctuates greatly, there is certain delay for load increase and load decrease, the disturbance of the steam pressure near the inlet of the turbine is too large, the main steam temperature often exceeds the normal and so on, were solved. The test result shows that after the coordinated control system had been optimized, the load response ability and the safe and stable operation level of the unit were improved effectively.

    Abstract:In order to track the fault development process of the rolling bearing, the vibration signal data of the rolling bearing were collected periodically. The signals in different frequency range were processed to obtain gSE spectrum and velocity spectrum. Based on analysis of the gSE spectrum and velocity spectrum obtained in different time, the current status of the bearing was obtained, and the residual lifetime of the bearing can be estimated, which provides scientific data basis for predictive maintenance.

    Abstract:The failure analysis of fractured bolts of highpressure cylinder of steam turbine No.2 in gassteam combined cycle project of Guangzhou Zhujiang Power Plant was carried out by several tests, which include macroscopic examination, chemical component analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic inspection, energy spectrum analysis, fracture analysis and others. The results show that the bolt failure mode is stress corrosion crack, and the main reason causing the bolt fracture is the shortcircuit and electrodischarge fault of the electrical heater, which caused a pit with stress concentration on the centre hole wall.

The factors leading the reactive power of the generator to fluctuate were pointed out. According to analysis, it was decided finally that the main reason of the reactive power fluctuation of the generator No.1 is transient fault of the excitation voltage transformer of the generator excitation system.     Abstract:The characteristics and working principle of the F-C switch circuit constituted by highvoltage currentlimited fuse and highvoltage vacuum contactor were introduced.     Abstract:Starting with the characteristics of the risk management of the international EPC hydropower projects in combination with the risk management practice of a hydropower project in Cameroon, the writer describes the risk management in three aspects, namely the risk identification & analysis, risk assessment and risk management strategies. The writer builds the WBS model and risk level analysis model for an international EPC hydropower project with his own characteristics. The risks are identified according to the models that are built. The AHP analysis method is adopted for the weight calculations. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) is also applied to the assessment of the risk effect. According to the above research the writer puts forward “the risk management strategies and risk responses system” for an international EPC hydropower project. By doing so, the writer provides the Chinese EPC contractors references on the risk management of the international EPC hydropower projects.

    Abstract:The absorption tower design is key technology for realization of localization and independence of the wet FGD technology. Using software Pro/Engineering, the empty tower model of absorption tower was established. Using the computational fluid dynamics software Ansys CFX, the gaseous phase dynamic flow field in absorption tower was simulated. The influence of different outlet forms of absorption tower on its performance was discussed and compared, and the distribution of the pressure and the vector velocity in tower were compared, which provide some guidance for subsequent simulation and optimization of flow field in absorption tower.
