    Study on feasibility and opportunity of nuclear power development in inland of China

    Abstract:By analysis on inland nuclear power development at home and abroad, the consentient opinions and the adverse opinions on nuclear power development in inland of China were analyzed and evaluated. Combining with abroad development experiences, the energy distribution, the economy structure, the environment protection and the technique development of China were studied. The conclusion of the study is that to construct nuclear power plants in inland of China is future development trend and accords with the general requirement of the energy structure distribution, and it is the key link of national economy development. At the same time, the security problem is the key point influencing on successful construction and development of nuclear power plant in inland of China. It is suggested that the nuclear power development pattern in inland of China must be “experimental reactorcommercial reactor”, and considering the long effect of the fourth generation reactor, the start opportunity of the nuclear power development in inland of China may be in duration of 13th Five Year Plan.

    Abstract:The distributed power generation technology is known as a most probable and most effective way to solve the future energy crisis of human society. Considering the feasible solution, the optimal solution of the network and other aspects, the influence of access of distributed power sources on the distribution network reconstruction was analyzed, and the reconstruction of the distribution network containing distributed power sources was realized. Simultaneously, the algorithm for reconstruction of distribution network was studied. Based on the differential evolutionary algorithm, an improved algorithm was proposed, and the improved algorithm was compared and verified on IEEE33 standard example. The result shows that the improved differential evolutionary algorithm has higher calculation efficiency and better global optimization ability comparing with the original differential evolutionary algorithm.

    Abstract:Through the establishment of the heattoelectric ratio calculation model in heating unit and variable condition calculation, this paper studies and analyzes the factors affecting the heattoelectric ratio in heating unit. The research results show that the heattoelectric ratio relates with the heat input ratio of condensing steam cycle and heating cycle, the thermoelectric conversion efficiency of condensing steam cycle and heating cycle and other factors. Among them, the heat input ratio of condensing steam cycle and heating cycle has the most impact. The ratio increases, the heattoelectric ratio decrease. The variable condition calculation of a 300MW heating unit shows that the heattoelectric ratio increases with the heating extraction quantity, and descends by the increase of the unit electric load, increases with the heating extraction steam pressure, increases with the main steam temperature and pressure, basically remain unchanged when the exhaust steam pressure changes.

    Abstract:By means of rational distribution of the number of teeth, a closed type planetary gear transmission device with larger gear ratio was designed. The strength of the planetary gears in various stages and other parts was calculated and checked, and the rationality of the theoretic calculation was verified by means of test.     Abstract:The problem of larger amount of coking in boilers No.1 and No.2 of Xinjiang Huadian Hongyanchi Power Plant was analyzed. The design features, the burner forms and the arrangement mode of the secondary air nozzles of the boilers No.1 and No.2 were compared with those of the boilers No.3 and No.4, and the differentials between the boilers No.1 and No.2 and boilers No.3 and No.4 were found out.     Abstract:The safety busbar of Huaneng Shanghai Shidongkou Second Power Plant has three power sources, the maim power source, the standby power source and a diesel generator as the second standby power source. When the main power source was tripped off, the standby power source can be switched on automatically only after the bus voltage off signal occurred. The diesel generator does not can feed power for load test alone. To switch over from standby power source to main power source need to stop the standby power supply firstly. Aiming at above problems, a reformation measure of the safety busbar was put forward. Under the condition of the same phases of the main power source and the standby power source, two rapid switching devices were added between the three power sources of the safety busbar, and the problems mentioned above were solved effectively.

    Abstract:The control section of the heat supply network of the 300MW thermal power plant consists of a programmable logic controller and an intelligent terminal data collecting system. The intelligent terminal collecting system collects the data of the flow, the pressure and the temperature for metering and charging settlement. The communication of the intelligent terminal system and the intelligent transmitters is not compatible, which caused the flow data collected by the intelligent terminal to be incorrect.     Abstract:The EPC projects have features of higher complexity, longer construction period and larger investment. Some EPC contractors often suffered large amount of economic losses due to their lack of experiences and lower risk tolerance. Therefore, the risk control, especially the risk control of the stopped and suspended projects is included in key jobs of contract management. According to the starting, postponing and restarting of several projects, the encountered difficulties were analyzed, the treatment experiences were summarized, and targeted suggestions were proposed. The results in this paper are helpful to improve the contract risk control ability of EPC projects.

    Abstract:In recent years, along with enlargement of the power grid scale, many EHV substations were built. Due to the pressures of environment protection and land occupation, a large quantity of gas insulated metalenclosed switchgear (GIS) was widely used in substation construction. The GIS is becoming indispensable equipment for substations.     Abstract:Combining with several materials with different properties, such as high abrasiveness and viscidity, aiming at the common problems of the material transferring link of belt conveyor system in engineering projects, which include the materials hitting each other and the belt lateral misalignment, a design scheme of structure of material transferring device was proposed. The scheme has some advantages, such as to reduce the attrition, to lighten impact of material on the downstream belt, to avoid material spilling and belt lateral misalignment and so on.     Abstract:Using the software Aspen Plus, a cocombustion model of biomass and coal in circulating fluidized bed boiler was established. The law of cocombustion emission of biomass and coal under different conditions of the biomasscoal blended ratio, the combustion temperature, the moisture content of the biomass and the airfuel ratio was studied. The results are as follows: Along with increase of the moisture content of biomass, the emissions of combustion produced NO,NO2,SO2,CO and CO2 decrease, and the emissions of SO3 and H2O increase. Along with increase of airfuel ratio, the combustion temperature rises firstly and then falls, and the combustion temperature is highest when the airfuel ratio is 6. Under different combustion temperature, sulfur discharge characteristics are different. The volume fraction of SO2 decreases monotonically when the temperature is rising, and along with increase of the temperature, the volume fraction of NO increases firstly, and then decreases. Along with increase of biomass blended ratio, the emissions of SO2 and NO decrease.

    Abstract:The China Huadian Corporation took part in secondary round bid of shale gas exploration right organized by Ministry of Land and Resources and won the bids of Huayuan block and Yongshun block in Hunan province at the first try. The geological conditions, the quantity of shale gas resource and the favorable exploration area of the bidding blocks were analyzed. The analysis shows that the two bidding blocks have good shale gas exploration potential.
