Abstract:Using the software Aspen Plus, a cocombustion model of biomass and coal in circulating fluidized bed boiler was established. The law of cocombustion emission of biomass and coal under different conditions of the biomasscoal blended ratio, the combustion temperature, the moisture content of the biomass and the airfuel ratio was studied. The results are as follows: Along with increase of the moisture content of biomass, the emissions of combustion produced NO,NO2,SO2,CO and CO2 decrease, and the emissions of SO3 and H2O increase. Along with increase of airfuel ratio, the combustion temperature rises firstly and then falls, and the combustion temperature is highest when the airfuel ratio is 6. Under different combustion temperature, sulfur discharge characteristics are different. The volume fraction of SO2 decreases monotonically when the temperature is rising, and along with increase of the temperature, the volume fraction of NO increases firstly, and then decreases. Along with increase of biomass blended ratio, the emissions of SO2 and NO decrease.
