    Abstract:Aiming at the problems existing in the 2×300MW unit natural circulation boiler of Mudanjiang Second Power Plant of Huadian Energy Company Limited, the operation optimization system was proposed. The system takes the test data as core, the influence of multiple variables on production indexes are considered synchronously in operation. A mass of operation data were collected by experiment. Using several mathematic tools, such as the artificial neural network, the statistic regression analysis and the fuzzy mathematics, a nonlinear mathematical model of the multiple variables and multiple objectives was established. The model can provide operating method and realize the online openloop guidance and closeloop control for boiler optimal operation. The application of the boiler optimal operation system in Mudanjiang Second Power Plant shows that the net coal consumption rate and the nitric oxide emission of the power plant were reduced under multiple limiting conditions, and the economic efficiency of the boiler combustion was improved

    Abstract:In the design of flow path reformation for the steam turbine of the 330MW unit, several aspects were optimized, which include the area of the governing stage, the selection of the last stage blade, the back pressure optimization, the structural style of the cylinder body, the sealing of steam admission and steam extraction, the bearings and pushpull devices and the heat supply reformation. The actual effects show that the target of the reformation was realized, and the safety and economic efficiency of the unit were improved.

    Abstract:After the computer control parts of the turbine digital electrohydraulic control systems (DEH) of units No.1 and No.2 of Hongyanchi Power Plant were upgraded to OC6000e system, the safety performance was improved further. The debugging steps of DEH adjustment valves in the OC6000e system were introduced. The problems occurred after the computer control part of the DEH system had been upgraded were analyzed, and the solutions were proposed, which are helpful to obtain optimal control effect of DEH system.

    Abstract:The pipe burst accident of 220 t/h boiler hightemperature superheater of a power plant occurred. For the samples of the burst pipe and the pipes around it, the macroscopic inspection, the test of strength of extension, the hardness measurement and the metallographic analysis were carried out. Combining with practical operation of the hightemperature superheater, comparing with the test result, a comprehensive analysis was done, and it was found that the main reason of the pipe burst is longterm overtemperature of the pipes. Aiming at this situation, the suggestions on subsequent work were proposed to ensure the boiler to operate safely and stably.

    Abstract:In Sichuan Guang’an Power Generation Company Limited, the big arm of the car puller for the car dumper did not can lift up to designated place at shorter or longer intervals, which influenced on the train receiving and unloading. According to the balance principle of the car puller big arm in rising and falling process, the balancing oil cylinder had been replaced by a mechanical balancing weight. The improper lifting motion of the car puller big arm was overcome thoroughly, and the equipment operates more reliably.

    Abstract:There is a large quantity of primary equipments in the high voltage DC power transmission system. The models of the equipments are varied, and the maintenance technologies of the equipments are different. These cause that the maintenance and overhaul of the primary equipments are difficult, and faults occur frequently.     Abstract:In the 670MW unit of a power generation company, the deaerator vibration phenomenon occurred several times during startingup initial stage of the deaerator. The vibration damaged the deaerator base and caused some cracks in the base, which not only influences on the equipment safety seriously, but also influences the startup speed of the whole unit. Aiming at this phenomenon, the site situation was investigated; the reason of the vibration was analyzed; the solution was proposed; and the vibration had been eliminated ultimately.

    Abstract:The reasons of lubrication oil leakage in sealed position of bearing bush shell of the cooling fan, which is matched with the force draft fan and induced draft fan of boiler No.2 in Fulaerji Power Plant of Huadian Energy Company Limited, were analyzed. The structure of the bearing end cover of the cooling fan was improved. A jilt oil cone was added, and the axial gap of the jilt oil cone was adjusted.     Abstract:The reasons of higher energy consumption of 300MW unit with bin storage pulverizing system during sliding parameter shutdown process were analyzed. By means of replacing the pulverized coal in each bin, it was ensured that during shutdown process the pulverized coal feeder can feed the pulverized coal uniformly, and the combustion can remain stable. So the need to inject oil to help the combustion was decreased greatly, and the shutdown oil consumption of the unit was reduced. Some measures were adopted, which include to run single circulating water pump and condensate pump, to do not start the electric feed pump for water feeding to boiler, to stop the unit with deep sliding parameters and so on, and the power consumption of the unit for shutdown was reduced too.

    Abstract:The necessity to reform the flue gas waste heat recovery device of the 2×200MW coalfired unit of Xinjiang Huadian Hongyanchi Power Plant was expounded. The practical operation result shows that by means of reformation of the flue gas waste heat recovery device, obvious effects in increasing the economic efficiency of the unit, improving the operation safety of the desulphurization system and decreasing the gypsum rain around the chimney were obtained. The economic benefit and the social effect of the reformation are remarkable.
