    Abstract:Taking the Huadian Industry Park Energy Station project as example, the flue gas condensing technology for removing water mist in chimney was discussed. The type selection and arrangement form of the flue gas condensing heat exchanger were analyzed. The economic analysis result shows that the equipment investment can be returned in 6.37 years. Under the condition of stable waste heat users, by using this technology, the problems of deep utilization of flue gas waste heat and chimney visual pollution can be solved.

    Abstract:In order to study the water consumption of the closed cooling system for the 330MW unit under different seasons,the operation conditions of closed cooling water system in the whole year 2012 Jiangsu Huadian Yangzhou Power Generation Corporation Limited were analyzed. Based on the features and selection principle of the closed cooling pump, the economy of small pump instead of the original large pump were analyzed . The energy saving plan of adding a small pump in closed cooling water system to reduce the system energy consumption were advanced. Transformation results showed :suitable small pumps can reduce energy consumption of closed cooling water system and the system is running in good condition.

    Abstract:Based on the theory of variable operating conditions of steam turbine, the variation of the thermal economy performance indexes of the steam turbine unit after the HP heater had been cut off was analyzed. According to the amplitude of the index variation, the influence of cutting the HP heater off on economic efficiency was estimated. After the HP heater was cut off, the heat rate of the unit increases obviously, the cycle thermal efficiency of the system decreases, and the gross coal consumption rate increases. For more long time the HP heater is stopped, the caused economic loss is more obvious.

    Abstract:The measurement principle of kilowatthour meter was introduced. The relation between the true active power and the incorrect meterdisplayed active power caused by incorrect voltage loop wiring of kilowatthour meter was analyzed, and according to this relation, the kilowatthour data error was calculated. Various incorrect voltage loop wiring forms of the kilowatthour meter were analyzed. It was pointed out that the adopted calculation method of the kilowatthour data error must be suitable to the voltage loop wiring form of the kilowatthour meter and practical load condition.

    Abstract:The uncertainty of trace iron content in water and steam of power plant detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption method was evaluated. According to the files CNAS-GL06—2066 “Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis” and JJF 1135—2005 “Evaluation of Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis Measurement”, the sources of the uncertainty during whole measurement process were analyzed. Each component of the uncertainty was calculated, and the expanded uncertainty on the measurement result was obtained. When the mass fraction of iron in water sample is 3.67μg/L, the expanded uncertainty is 0.16μg/L.In the various uncertainty components, the uncertainty brought by using the regression equation to calculate the iron content has largest influence, so it is necessary to control the related coefficients of the regression equation well. The influence of the digestion and volume calibration process on the uncertainty is very little and can be neglected.

    Abstract:The composition of the heat supply network system of 300MW cogeneration unit was introduced. The problems happened in operation of water circulating pump in heat supply network were analyzed. A variable frequency energysaving reformation scheme for the water circulating pump in heat supply network was put forward. The total water supply flow of the heat supply network was regulated by the regulating valve installed in outlet of the water circulating pump originally; and in the reformation scheme the total water flow will be regulated by the reformed water circulating pump directly. After the scheme was implemented, the operation and maintenance cost of the unit was decreased; the heat supply safety factor of the heat supply network was increased; the economic benefit and the social effect of the enterprise were enhanced.

According to the fault phenomenon, the installation process, the equipment, the skill of the operators and the use of the materials were analyzed, and the oil pump was repaired for eliminating its defects.     Abstract:Based on the static model of synchronous static series compensator (SSSC), the influence of SSSC on power grid was translated into the equivalent injected power on the nodes. The relation between the node injected power and SSSC control parameters was deduced. According to given power control target, new state equation was established, and a power flow calculation method for power grid containing SSSC under condition of given power control target was proposed. In the calculation process of the method, it is not needed to modify the original grid node admittance matrix. Based on original grid power flow equation, the new state variables were selected, and the influence of SSSC on the power grid was transferred to the amendment of the power flow equation. The effectiveness of the method was verified by practical example.

    Abstract:A 600MW unit operates continuously for two years, and its HP steam extraction parameters deviated from the design value seriously. So the heat consumption rate of the unit increased greatly, which influenced on safe and economic operation of the unit vastly. By means of comparison of the operation data and the performance test results of the unit in different periods, considering the main steam flow, the operation parameters of the heaters and the variation of the pressure ratio of stages, the reasons of the abnormal HP steam extraction parameters were analyzed. The conclusion of the analysis is that there is scale formation in the flow path of the HP cylinder, and it was suggested to open the cylinder for maintenance. The result in this paper can be used as reference for safe operation and maintenance of steam turbine.

    Abstract:Aiming at the too high fault rate of collecting ring of wind power generator in a wind farm, the statistical result of the faults was analyzed, and based on this analysis, it was determined that the main reason of the faults is shortcircuit fault by carbon powder, and to reduce the carbon powder accumulation can reduce the fault rate of shortcircuit caused by carbon powder. It was proposed to add carbon powder cleaning device in the collecting ring chamber. After the measure was implemented, the fault rate reduced from 3.17 times per month to zero.
