    Abstract:This article introduces a current situation about hydraulic headstock gear in hydraulic and hydropower engineering in our country. Based on the hydraulic cylinder, the double cylinder synchronization of double hanging point hydraulic headstock gear, and cleanliness of hydraulic system, this article analysis the key technical problem exist in our selfdesign hydraulic headstock gear . It suggests that the design and manufacture of our hydraulic and hydropower system could be used under different situation by technicians to drawing advanced foreign technology and experience, therefore, to enhance our technological state of hydraulic headstock gear.

    Abstract:In present comprehensive decision method of power transmission grid plan, there is certain subjectivity in decision process implementation, and it is difficult to meet the data requirement. Aiming at above problems, a gray fuzzy comprehensive decision method of power grid plan based on entropy weight and normalized sample was proposed. The first step is to use the entropy weight method to calculate the influence weight of various indexes on power grid plan quality. The subsequent work is to use the normalized sample matrix to simulate the expert evaluation. The method can avoid the subjectivity and contingence in weight determination and can reduce a lot of artificial operation caused by largescale sample. Then, according to the gray fuzzy assessment theory, the quality grade of various plans can obtained, and the decision can be made. At last, the feasibility of the method in this paper was verified by simulation example.

    Abstract:The modeling process for a heat and power plant using EBSILON software developed in Germany was expounded. The basic structure and functions of EBSILON software were analyzed. Taking a 700MW heat and power plant in Germany as example, using its operation data under rated electric load and rated heat load, through the design calculation and the variable working condition calculation, the performance curve of the equipment was identified. The basic model of the thermodynamic cycle system of the power plant was established, and the advantages and practicability of the software, as a modern tool, were showed. It is observed from the modeling process and the result that more detail, complete power plant model, which accords with the practical characteristics of the power plant, can be established depended on collection of more operation data of the power plant, and the model can be used in optimization of design and operation of power plants.

    Abstract:The original driving device for boom belt conveyer of bucket wheel stackerreclaimer from Jiangsu Huadian Qishuyan Power Generation Company Limited was designed unreasonably, which caused that the fault occurred frequently, the maintenance workload increased, the requirement of maintenance technology increased, and the maintenance occupied long time. So there was larger hidden trouble in the system. The driving device for the boom belt conveyer of bucket wheel stackerreclaimer was changed. The original hydraulic coupling was replaced by steel ball coupling. The rational and reliable driving device was designed, which can meet the production safety requirement.

    Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of safety assessment of gantry crane metal structure, based on the suitability of BP neural network for dynamic system and the incomplete knowable of the assessment factors, a safety assessment model of metal structure of general gantry crane was established. A structure safety assessment index system was recommended, which is convenient for statistics and assignment. A procedure was programmed by software Matlab 7.0, and the procedure was used to train the neural network. Through the training of detection sample, the feasibility of the gantry crane evaluation model was verified. The result in this paper provides evaluation basis and method for safety assessment of general gantry crane metal structure.

    Abstract:Using ANSYS software, the static and dynamic characteristics of the gate slot structure of the tail water emergency gate of Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station were studied and analyzed numerically. The stress, the displacement, the stability, the free vibration frequency and the vibration mode characteristics were calculated and analyzed. The results in this paper provide the technical basis for selection of final design scheme of the gate slot structure and reference for design calculation of similar gate slot structures.

    Abstract:In operation of the feed pump No.3B driving turbine of the 600MW unit in a power plant, the vibration of the rear bearing in xdirection continuously increased and achieved the trip value finally, and the protection of the feed pump driving turbine tripped. The operation parameters of the feed pump driving turbine before and after the tripping were analyzed and compared. Combing with the steam distribution mode and the control logic, it was determined that the reason of the vibration is poor highpressure steam source control mode of the feed pump driving turbine. According to the analysis result, the control logic was improved, and the larger vibration of the feed pump driving turbine was eliminated.

    Abstract:Taking the 1000MW ultra supercritical unit of Guangdong Huizhou Pinghai Power Plant Company Limited as example, the turbine supervisory instrument system (TSI) was introduced.Based on the previous maintenance experiences, a scheme to improve the stability and reliability of the system was proposed. According to the scheme, the gap of the eddy current probe was amended, and the data processing modules were configured rationally. The measures ensure the accuracy of the system data measurement, the correctness of the data communication with third part and the stability of system operation.

    Abstract:After the reformation of merging of induced draft fan and boost fan into one for the unit No.6 of a power plant, when the motor of the induced draft fan started directly, the voltage of 6kV bus lowered to 76% of the rated value, which can not meet the requirement of relevant regulations. A scheme of adding soft starter in primary circuit was adopted to lower the start current of the induced draft fan. It was shown by calculation and field test that when the limitation of overcurrent multiple of the soft starter is selected as 4.0, the voltage of 6kV bus will lowers to 84% of the rated value, which can meet the requirement of relevant regulations. At last, the influence of the soft starter in start process on the system and equipments and the matters needing attention in site use of the soft starter were pointed out.

    Abstract:The hydrogen leakage fault in the hydrogen cooler end flange of the 600MW hydrogencooled generator in a power plant occurred repeatedly, which caused the compelled emergency shutdown of the unit. It was determined by analysis that the reason of the hydrogen leakage fault is breakage of the sealing gasket. The measures, such as to optimize the operating standard, to replace the cooling water tube of the hydrogen cooler by stainless steel flexible pipe, to improve the support of the inlet/outlet cooling water pipes of the generator hydrogen cooler and so on, were adopted, and the hydrogen leakage fault of the generator hydrogen cooler end flange was eliminated.

    Abstract:In a power plant, the differential protection of the electrostatic precipitator transformer tripped incorrectly, which is caused by wiring error of the control loop of the precipitator rectifier cabinet. The fault situation was introduced. The reason of incorrect trip of the differential protection and the reason of the bias excitation of the electric field were analyzed, and the improvement scheme and prevention measures were proposed.

    Abstract:The universal frequency convertors, in which the phaseshift sine pulsewidth modulation was used as control algorithm, have disadvantages of the slower dynamic response, the poor lowfrequency performance and the current overshoot when the frequency increasing or decreasing under heavy load. The stator resistance voltage drop compensation and the slip compensation were introduced into cascade constant voltagefrequency ratio control, and the dynamic response speed and the lowfrequency performance of the system were improved. The field operation result shows that the method has obvious effect for restraining the current overshoot.

    Abstract:After adding reclaimed water to doublepass condenser, the risk of scale formation in the tube of condenser has increased. According to calculation and analysis, this article brings out the method of adding middle water temperature measuring point in the returning water chamber of doublepass condenser. This method helps find out the reason why the heat transfer of condenser is poor and the degree of supercoiling is high, which can monitor the scale formation and air leakin in air leakin effectively. 

    Abstract:In order to improve the sealing effect of carbon seal ring of the mediumspeed roller mill, the structure and the working principle of the carbon seal of ZGM133G mediumspeed roller mill were studied, and an experimental reformation of the carbon seal was carried out. As a try, a new axial seal mode was adopted. From the structure feature, the daily maintenance, the use effect and other aspects, the new seal was compared with the original carbon seal. The reformed seal operates well and brings obvious economic benefit, which can be used as reference for selection and improvement of carbon seal of mediumspeed mills.

    Abstract:This paper discusses the technical characteristics of the prefabricated smart substations and distributed energy systems, with distributed energy projects as examples, following prefabricated substation’s design guidance——“compact + digitalized”, and in accordance with electric and construction designing requirements of these projects, electronic equipment are categorized into different modules whose respective functions,equipment type selection and arrangement methods are further introduced in detail.     Abstract:The formation and fallingoff mechanism of oxidation layer on steam side metal pipe of heating surface of 1000MW ultra supercritical boiler were analyzed. The application of antioxidant metal materials in pipe of 1000MW ultra supercritical boiler and the arrangement form of heating surface were expounded. In the pipe manufacturing process, the shot peening process inside the pipe was added, and the pipe clean management during manufacturing and erection process was enhanced. In operation of the pipe, the rational operating technology was adopted to control of the oxidation layer falling off. The formation of the oxidation layer on steam side was controlled, and the service life of the high temperature steam pipe was extended.

    Abstract:In some thermal power generation enterprises, the practically fired coals are of various types, and the coal quality and characteristics are different, which causes unstable combustion in boiler and poor economic efficiency. Aiming at above problems, a mathematic model of raw coal blending was established. The goal function of the model is the lowest coal cost, and the constraint conditions of the model are the indexes of the calorific value, the sulfur content, the volatile component, the moisture and the ash content. Based on this model; a coal blending simulation system was developed. According to the requirements of boiler on the calorific value, the ash content, the moisture, the volatile component and the sulfur content, using the simulation system, a raw coal blending scheme can be obtained, which can meet the requirement of stable combustion of the boiler.

    Abstract:In present, the chimneys of domestic power plants with desulphurization system were damaged lightly or seriously due to the reasons of the anticorrosion material quality, the construction quality and so on. The operation condition of the chimney for the semidry desulphurization system and the characteristics of the flue gas were analyzed. According the analysis, the structure form of the chimney for semidry desulphurization system and the anticorrosion scheme were selected and analyzed. The results of this paper are helpful to ensure the chimney to play its role normally during rational designed life and the unit to operate normally.

    Abstract:The energy comprehensive utilization rate of 300MW heatsupply power unit under pure condensation condition and steam extraction for heat supply condition is lower, and the energy carried off by lowtemperature circulating water is more than 30% of the total energy consumption of the unit. A waste heat recovery scheme was proposed, in which a steamtype lithium bromide absorption heat pump is used to recover the waste heat of circulating water of heatsupply power unit. Taking a power plant as example, the waste heat recovery capability of the heat pump and the thermal economic efficiency of the whole power plant were calculated in detail. The result shows that to use heat pump to recover waste heat of circulating water of heatsupply power generation enterprise can obtain benefits of both energy conservation and environment protection.
