    Abstract:In order to improve the energy multipurpose utilization rate and the economic efficiency of the natural gas distributed energy station system, the problems in system integrated design process, such as the load statistics and analysis, the selection of main machine devices, the selection of peak shaving equipment, the electric power input and output transmission, the temperature of flue gas of the system and others, were analyzed and summarized. The result in this paper can be used as reference for integrated design of distributed energy station system.

    Abstract:Combining with the project of Hunan Huadian Xiangtan Jiuhua Distributed Energy Station, according to the installed parameters of the Lithium Bromide unit in refrigeration station, three representative water supply schemes of cooling water for refrigeration station were proposed and compared with each other. The conclusion is that the secondary scheme is advantageous in the total project investment, the rationality of spatial arrangement and the future extension of the refrigeration station.

    Abstract:Aiming at the practical situation of Huadian Sichuan Baozhusi Hydropower Plant, the factors influencing on operation economic efficiency of the units were analyzed. The water consumption rate, the executed price of electricity, the operation mode of the auxiliary power, the operation mode of the units and management were considered, and the measures for improving unit operation economy were summarized. After optimization, the operation economical efficiency of the units was improved effectively.

    Abstract:The main design idea and technology roadmap of the lignite blending and costbenefit analysis operating system were introduced. Through the system, the collected lignite management messages can be transferred into the mastercontrol room, and there the messages are used to help the production personnel to analyze the operation condition, the production cost and technical indexes comprehensively and to adjust the lignite blending ratio rationally. So the unit operation was optimized, and the best lignite blending scheme was obtained to help the power generation enterprise to obtain maximum economical benefit.

    Abstract:Taking the 135MW unit of Huadian Xinzhou Guangyu Coal and Power Company Limited as example, the problems existing in the spiral sealing structure adopted in shaft end seal of the feed pump set were introduced. A targeted reformation scheme was proposed, and the application scope of the scheme was given. The economical benefit and the social effects of the reformation were analyzed, and the result in this paper shows that the scheme has good promotion prospects.

    Abstract:The basic conception of resource description framework (RDF) was introduced. The application the RDF Semantic Web model was expounded. The RDF overcomes the defects of the old storage mode and can realize message exchange between different application programs. In reformation process of the traditional information system of power distribution grid, the RDF is used to express the message exchange model of the power distribution grid resource. A data representation model based on RDF was proposed, and using the model, the related semantic model exchange in intelligent power grid can be realized and applied.

    Abstract:In storage process of LNG in large LNG storage tank, the stratification of filled LNG in the tank is the direct reason causing “rollover accident”. Taking the “rollover accident” of an Italian LNG storage tank as example, according to existing research model, it is believed that there is a transition layer between the upper layer and the under layer. Using the correlation of the naturalconvection heat transfer in large space, a method to calculate the heat and mass transferred through the interface was proposed. By programming calculation, the variation curves of density, temperature and components of the LNG in upper and under layers over time were obtained. The curves were analyzed, and the analysis result shows that when the densities of the upper and under layers are nearly equal, there is certain temperature difference between the upper a under layers, and the rollover accident may occur under this condition.

    Abstract:The data identification function of smart substation was introduced. The collected panoramic data, such as the bus power balance, the uniformity of paralleled bus voltages and the balance of each side power of the transformer, were detected. The data were analyzed and arranged to identify bad data. The detect result shows that the data identification function can meet the actual needs of integrated monitoring of the smart substation.

    Abstract:The basic principle of the modularized multilevel converter was introduced, and its mathematic model was deduced. Aiming at the application of the modularized multilevel converter in the static reactive power compensation device with mediumhigh voltage level, an algorithm of nearest level modulation and voltage sharing strategy of submodule based on bridge arm current direction were put forward. Aiming at the close coupling and nonlinear characteristics of the static reactive power compensation device, the dq feedforward decoupling method was adopted to realize the reactive power and DC voltage decoupling control. A detail simulation model with 71 levels was established on PSCAD/EMTDC software platform, and the effectiveness of the modulation and control strategy was verified by the simulation result.

    Abstract:The deficiencies of the indoor intelligent substation in realization of assembly type construction were pointed out. The production construction mode of combined secondary equipment is proposed. The integrated grounding scheme of the secondary equipotential grounding network and the main grounding network in combined secondary equipment is introduced. The mechanical analysis for hoisting loading of combined secondary equipment was carried out, and the reliability of the equipment intensity was verified from both stress and deformation. The prefab optical cable with double prefabricated ends is adopted to replace the traditional site welding process. The prefab electric cable with double prefabricated ends is adopted to replace the traditional site stripping and crimping process. The efficiency of site wiring was improved greatly, and the plugand play of secondary equipment was realized.

    Abstract:The principle and the composition of the injection type stator grounding protection of Asahan First Stage Hydropower Station in Indonesia were introduced. The stator grounding protection of the hydropower station tripped several times since the hydropower station was put into operation. The protection tripping behavior was analyzed. The problems, which deserve research and attention in practical application of the injection type stator grounding protection, were pointed out, and the matters needing attention in design, construction and operation of the injection type stator grounding protection were expounded emphatically.

    Abstract:In debugging process of the 600MW steam turbine oil system of a newly-built power plant, several faults occurred, which include that the unit tripped after shutdown of highpressure startup oil pump, the lubricating oil pressure dropped too much in interlock test of AC oil pump and DC oil pump, the turning gear of the jacking oil system disconnected, the sealing oil entered into inside generator, the sealing oil differential pressure valve damaged, the temperature of highpressure fire resistant oil was too high and others. The faults were analyzed and treated, and better effects were obtained.

    Abstract:The “4·10” large area blackout accident of Shenzhen Power Grid at 2012 is the blackout accident in Guangdong province with largest load loss in recent years. The occurrence of the large area blackout accident and the treating process of dispatch department were introduced, and the main reasons of the large area blackout accident were summarized, which are combined failures of the equipments in the same substation within a short time and irrational bus connection in the hub substation.     Abstract:Based on Matlab software platform, a photovoltaic cell model suitable to engineering calculation was established. The conductance increment method was used to realize the maximum power point tracking. The constant power control method (PQ) was used to control the inverter. Based on these, a complete operation and control model of the gridconnected photovoltaic power system was established. The simulation result shows that the model can reflect the operation characteristics of threephase gridconnected photovoltaic power system better and can track the dynamic output of the system, which is helpful to ensure the photovoltaic gridconnected power system to operate stably.

    Abstract:Taking the unit No.1 of Sanmen Nuclear Power Company Limited as background, a test program of differential protection for generator and transformer of AP1000 unclear power unit was proposed. Considering that the current of the main transformer is limited by the load of the plant in preliminary stage, the suggested solution is to use the starting current of the mediumvoltage motor to test the correctness of the differential protection. In order to satisfy the test requirement, the current transformer in high voltage side of the house service transformer was compared with the current transformer in outlet of the generator (the generator outlet breaker is included). The rationality of the test program was verified by the calculation and comparison.
