    Abstract:The boiler of 680MW ultra supercritical unit of a power plant was studied. The comprehensive optimization experiment of the adjustable parameters of boiler operation was carried out, and the data representing the boiler operation features were obtained. The system optimization analysis program (SOAP) was used to sift the experimental data. By means of the artificial intelligence neural network technology, the optimized operation mathematic model was established. Based on the mathematic model, the economic efficiency and the reliability index of the boiler system were optimized and coordinated completely, and the optimal operation mode of the boiler system under various load conditions was realized.

    Abstract:There are larger difficulties in installation of tower type boiler of 2×1000MW unit in Pengcheng Power Plant. Especially, the installation of the “three devices” inside the boiler is difficult point in the boiler installation due to condition restrictions. Starting from the angle of installation technology, a hoisting system was designed, and the technical difficulty in lifting of the “three devices” inside boiler was solved. Better economic benefit and social effect were obtained.

    Abstract:The application of DCS flow compensation calculation configuration of Emerson OVATION system was taken as practical example. The first step is to obtain the flow calculation sheet of the flow measuring devices. Then, according to practical fluid characteristics, the next step is to select the correct and verified flow compensation formula to form calculation configuration and to calculate using standard flow unit. Afterwards, the small flow measurement signals can be removed rationally for obtaining accurate flow calculation data. The application of the flow compensation calculation configuration can create favorable conditions for safe and stable operation of the unit.

    Abstract:The safe operation of the highvoltage power transmission line above minedout area of the coal mine fullymechanized topcoal caving face is threatened and damaged by the mining. The influence of the ground deformation of the minedout area on the power transmission steel tower was studied in detail. Based on this, referring to domestic and overseas treatment scheme of highvoltage power line tower strengthening in minedout area, a strengthening and correcting scheme of highvoltage power line tower on the minedout area of fully mechanized topcoal caving face was proposed. The scheme had been implemented, and better result was obtained.

    Abstract:Taking the 350MW coalfired boiler of selfsupply power plant of Xinjiang Xinte Energy Company Limited as research object, the site experiment was expounded. The temperature distribution in furnace during experiment process was recorded, and the influence of the variation of primary air pressure on boiler combustion and coking was analyzed. Based on this, the target of this paper is to find the law of the influence of primary air pressure on east Junggar coal combustion. The result of this paper can be used as reference for east Junggar coalfired power plant in selection of primary air pressure.

    Abstract:In Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant, the surface water and the city reclaimed water are used as supplementary water source of the circulating cooling water of two 1000MW units. According to the proportional relation of the supplementary water quantities of the two water sources, an antiscaling and corrosion dynamic simulation experiment was carried out, and more scientific and rational water quality control standard and optimal drug dosage were found.

    Abstract:Some cases of boiler shutdown accident caused by leakage fault of water wall tubes of power plant boiler were described. Based on analysis, it was determined that the leakage fault of water wall tubes is caused due to soot blower fault. The steam source of the soot blower was reformed. The soot blower fault online monitoring device and the boiler soot blowing optimization monitoring device were installed additionally. The abnormal shutdown accident due to boiler heating surface leakage caused by soot blower fault was reduced, and the safety and economic efficiency of the unit operation were improved.

    Abstract:In the cooling water system of boiler rollingcylinder type slag cooler of a thermal power company, the waste heat of the boiler slag was not recovered and reused effectively. The industrial water flux flowed through the slag cooler was larger. The temperature rise of the cooling water is larger. Aiming at above problems, in order to ensure the unit to operate safely, stably and economically, a cooling water system reformation scheme was proposed. The safety of the system design was verified by the pipeline hydraulic loss calculation. After the system reformed, the unit safety was improved further, and favorable economic benefit was obtained.

    Abstract:The condenser vacuum degree of the unit No.1 in Huilai Power Plant of Guangdong Yudean Group decreased. The system was investigated and analyzed, and it was determined that the factors influencing on the condenser vacuum degree are the temperature of the vacuum pump working liquid, the opening of the adjust valve of backwater of feed pump mechanical sealing water, the leakage of the hole on the condenser wall, through which the oil discharge pipe of the bearing box passes, and so on. The relevant treatment measures were adopted, and the condenser vacuum degree returned to normal value. The safety and the economic efficiency of the unit operation were improved.

    Abstract:In a 350MW coalfired power plant in Brazil, the fired coal is of high ash content and large abrasion index. So the boiler heating surface abrasion and leakage faults occurred. Aiming at above problem, some measures, such as to control velocity of flue gas, to install antiabrasion devices, to adjust operation mode and so on, were adopted. The abrasion and leakage faults of the boiler were controlled effectively.
