    Abstract:The fluid flowing characteristics of united SCR denitration system was reseached. With the help of the numerical simulation and phasical cold state model test, the flue gas flow field, the vilocity and temperature distribution and the pressure loss of the SCR denitration system under different conditions were calculated and verified. The research result of flow field simulation was used to guide the optimal design of SCR denitration system, and the denitration system operated in optimal condition. The result in this paper can be used as reference for reformation of denitration system in aged power unit.

    Abstract:The synchronous data sampling and triping of the relay protection device must be independent on time synchronization system. The network sampling and the triping can not be used in intelligent substation due to random fluctuation of the network delay. The electric power private exchanger can control and calculate the delay time exactly, so it gives a technical direction to solve above difficulty. In appliation of the electric power private exchanger, according to the inherent delay of the intelligent substation merging unit (MU) and the total delay of the link circuit, the time of ocurrence of interval sampling data was restore, and the synchronization of multiinterval sampling was realized. When the time delay is longer than 5ms, the relay protection device will be locked out and an alarm will be given. Based on the network testing system, the functions, the performance and the reliability of the delay compensation, the data flow precise control and the sampling synchronous processing of protection devices were analyzed. The networking scheme and the key technical requirements were put forward.

    Abstract:Depending upon theoretic calculation and site test, the safety, economic efficiency and environmental friendliness of the unit after the lignite was blended in combustion were analyzed. The maximum blending ratio and the optimal blending ratio for the unit under different load were determined, and this ensures the characteristics of the blended coal to be matched with boiler design parameters. The influence of the ignite blended combustion on the unit was evaluated. The coal yard management system and the multicoal blend decision system were established to guide the coal blending, and better economic benefit and social effect were obtained.

    Abstract:The low voltage ridethrough becomes a bottleneck to restrict DFIG to connect into grid in large scale. The mathematic model of DFIG was established. The influence of grid voltage rapid dip on DFIG was analyzed. An improvement method was proposed, in which the DC side capacitor of DFIG is connected directly with a solar power station by bidirection parallelconnected diodes. The LVRT capability of DFIG can be enhanced by the method, and the stability of the grid voltage will be improved. The simulation result shows that the expected target can be realized using the method.

    Abstract:The steam pipe blowing processes for HRSG of two gassteam combined cycle units with different parameters were introduced and analyzed. Some conclusions were obtained from the analysis are as below. When the gas turbine runs with certain load, it can provide blowing steam with high parameters, and the duration of pipe blowing and the consumption of desalting water can be reduced correspondingly. To arrange the lowpressure steam blowing pipe separately is useful to avoid interaction effect between the highpressure steam system and the lowpressure steam system of HRSG in combined cycle system.The selection of pipe blowing parameters in this paper can be used as reference for similar units.

    Abstract:The power of the electric feed pump is larger, and to reduce the usage rate of the electric feed pump can reduce the station service power consumption rate. One auxiliary steam source was added for the turbofeed pump, and the working range of the turbofeed pump was enlarged. Then the turbofeed pump can instead of the electric feed pump during unit startup and shutdown processes, and the auxiliary power consumption was reduced. At the same time, in accident treatment, the unplanned outage time can be reduced. It was verified by the practice of a 300MW thermal power unit that to add the auxiliary steam source can reduce the power consumption of the electric feed pump effectively and can improve the unit operation reliability.
