    Formal safety assessmenttechnology of hydraulic steel gate based on the set pair analysis

    Abstract:When making a formal safety assessment of hydraulic steel gate, four indicators: structural strength,discharge capacity, water retaining capacity and service indicator are constructed as the assessment indicators system, and the weight of indicators is confirmed by experts using the analytic hierarchy process. Moreover, the grey relational analysis method is introduced to avoid the weight differences which are caused by subjective factors of experts and make the assessment more scientific and reasonable. For the uncertainty of formal safety assessment indicators of hydraulic steel gate, the set pair analysis is introduced, and a set pair analysis model for formal safety assessment of hydraulic steel gate is built by constructing a set pair of assessment indicators and assessment criteria. The calculation result of example verifies the effectiveness of set pair analysis forthe formal safety assessment of hydraulic steel gate.

    Abstract:A certain power plant found that a part of the reheat steam heat section of pipeline keep sinking.Site investigation and calculating check and analysis confirms that the main reason causing sinking pipes is that the actual mass of pipes exceeds design value.Meanwhile, property abnormality of constant support disc spring hangers at the site aggravate pipes sinking tendency. According to working characteristics of each bearing hangers,taking measures as replace constant hangers and increase output load of variable spring support and hanger can be effective solution of pipes sinking.

    Abstract:A certain power plant’s exhaust gas temperature of 330 MW boiler is much higher than designed.To lower the temperature,this paper brings up a retrofit scheme through mixing cold blast air technology of coal pulverizing system.This paper first introduces the principle of this technology and comparatively analyses it against low pressure economizer technology,then depicts the characteristics of mixing cold blast air technology,which are light wear,low investment,high quality of heat reclaims,etc.Matters that need attention are also discussed in the end if putting into operation.The exhaust gas temperature dropped 10~15℃ after transformation,which can be considered as remarkable effect of energy saving.

    Abstract:To lower operation cost,Yunnan Huadian Kunming Power Company Limited blended non designed coal into combustion, and allowed flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systemoperation deviated from design condition. In this case,SO2 emission cannot meet new national emission requirements.After analyzing effects of design coal type to desulfurization efficiency,the author made a serious of adjustments to FGD system based oncombusting non designed coal type.After adjustment,flue gas heat exchanger air leakage is lower than 1%,desulfurization efficiency is higher than 95%,and FGD system emission meets the new requirements under full load working condition.This also created good economy benefits to the company.

    Abstract:Steam blowing technique is commonly used for traditionalsootblower of an air preheater,but it is less effective and its maintenance is more difficult.Moreover,a large amount of ammonium hydrogen sulfate is generated after the denitration system is put into operation, which exacerbates the ash blocking of air preheater and caused its lower heat transfer efficiency,higher current and resistance of flue gas side.
    For the ash blocking on the No.1 air preheater of Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Company Limited,the authors attempted to use
    a new type tunable high intensity sonic sootblower to solve the question and the soot blowing effect is improved obviously,the operation parameters of air preheater are also superior to that of a steam sootblower.This paper provided a new method and solved the problems of the poor effect of a steam sootblower and the blowing loss of heat exchanger components.

    Abstract:Since the front flue straight length of the outlet flue continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) measuring point in unit 9 of Huadian Tianjin Junliangcheng Power Generation Company Limited does not meet the relative requirement in HJ/T 752007 Specifications for Continuous Emissions Monitoring of Flue Gas Emitted from Stationary Sources(On Trial),guide plate is installed at the elbow before CEMS measuring point as an optimized measure.The optimized numerical simulation results show that the section flue gas velocity at CEMS measuring point has a deviation of around 6.4% with the standard requirement (less than the standard deviation 7.0%),with a maximum value about 23m/s and a minimum value around 19m/s; while, the resistance of the entire flue only increases 9 Pa and the energy saving effect is good as well.Thus,this optimized measure enables the power plants with restricted site conditions to meet the environmental monitoring requirements.

    Abstract:By calculating the thermal resistance of the primary loop,the secondaryloopthe tube wall,the fouling resistance,the heat transfer coefficient ofsteam generators for AP1000,the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant and Qinshan Nuclear Power Plantare calculatedand the results are analyzed by comparing with each other.The data shows thatthe heat transfer coefficient of the AP1000 steam generator is 8978W/(m2·℃), which is slightly larger than that of the Daya Bays and Qinshans.Meanwhilethe secondary loop of AP1000 SG has the minimum thermal resistance of the three,but the thermal resistance of the primary loop,fouling resistance and thermal resistance values of the wall tube are
    basically equal to those of Daya Bay,and both are superior to the corresponding values of Qinshan.The heat resistance of the tube wall account for more than 50% of the general heat resistance.Overall,the designs of each part of AP1000 steam generator are more reasonable
    compared to the second generation of the steam generatorwhich improves its heat transfer characteristics.

    Abstract:On the basis of wireless data transceiver, a new wireless transmission technology is proposed to solve problems such as the long fiber construction cycle of traditional fiber transmission in wind farm and the inconveniences that might be brought by fiber fault maintenance.This paper analyzes the differences,advantages and disadvantages between traditional wireless transmission technology and the new one.It also presents the structure and essentials of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems and wireless data transceiver technology.
    Based on the studies,the single wind turbine wireless transmission network system is set up and applied in a wind farm SCADA systems.The result shows SCADA system status data can be received and sent through a stable,reliable,real
