    Abstract:Existing self exciting magnetic control reactor is not suitable for extra high voltage electrical system.The paper raised a new type elf exciting magnetic control reactor for extra high voltage electrical system.The Simulink in Matlab was adopted to build the model and run the simulation.Analysis report indicated that this new type self exciting magnetic control reactor has same structure with exitingself exciting magnetic control reactors,its transient respond time is less than half of existing self exciting magnetic control reactors.Which is suitable

    Abstract:JFZ phase separator operation box is widely used in the high voltage circuit breaker of the power plant.There occurred an accident that a 330kV bus protection failed to act in a certain power plant.The failure was analyzed and the results showed that it was the failure of the voltage switch that caused the accident.As for the problem of the voltage switch,new project was put forward. The project prevent the switches form secondary accidents caused by bad contacts effectively.

    Abstract:In order to reduce the exhaust gases temperature of the No.7 boiler of the Huadian International Shiliquan Power Plant,to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler,the modification technology of inputting cool air into the pulverized coal system ,which made the No.7 boiler unit save energy, automatically adjust the rate of the cooling air input quantity according to the power load, coal quality and other factors.With these technology reform, the input quantity of the cool air was great reduced,the temperature of the flue gases exhausted was decreased,which saves the energy,improve the boiler unit economic.

    Abstract:Both Hunan Huadian Changsha Power Plant Company Limiteds two units of 600 MW supercritical generators adopted generatortransformer unit connection mode.Generator transformer unit No.2 directly connects to 500 kV Shaping Substation.Due to lack of power source,
    the grid is not stiff enough and existed many electromagnetic loops cannot open and operate.Hence,generating rate of unit No.2 was limited. With the fall of coal price,thermal power profit margin was increased.The competition of generation capacity between power companies became more and more serious.To outperform planned annual generation capacity, the measure of unit No.2 interconnect to the grid through the main transformer of unit No.1 was raised.To implement this,primary electrical system,surveillance system and unbuild interlock,sequential control synchronization and other related circuits were reconstructed.Unit utilization rate was increased.

    Abstract:The circuit connections of potential transformer used by the three active transmitters at the outlet of E class gas turbine generator were the same set of coils voltage,and they were also lack of redundancy.Once primary or secondary circuit break happened in the potential transformer,it might lead to large fluctuations on output power signal values of the three active transmitters simultaneously.Furthermore,tripping accidents might occur.After a deep analysis and investigation of the above problem,the signal circuit and logic were improved.As a result,the lack of redundancy problem was solved,and the safety and reliability of equipment operation were improved as well.

    Abstract:Generator is one of the most important devices in power system and its safety is crucial to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grids.1000 MW ultra supercritical coalfired power unit is currently the largest unitin capacity and its generator is working at a high speed,high temperature,high voltage and large current state.Combining with the reasons of design,manufacture,installation,operation and systemfailure etc,the failures, such as the temperature increasing of generator stator,rotor core and winding,the insulation dropping of winding,the fever ignition of carbon brush,the overload or overvoltage of generator,and interturn short circuit etc.are occurredfrequently.Taking the 1000MW power unit as an example,this paper analyzed its failure reasons from the aspect of electric and proposed specific treatments to avoid or reducethe occurrence of similar failures.

    Abstract:The author adopted macroscopic test,spectral analysis,mechanical property test,metallographic examination and other methods,and analyzed the cause reasons of a power plants boiler water wall burst. Based on macroscopic test,we can find the trace of long-term and short term overheat at the burst hole area. And there are intensive parallel transverse crack at the fire face.Based on metallographic examination,the
    transverse crack at fire face are thermal fatigue crack,the burst is caused by the aggravation of these thermal fatigue crack.The author suggested to find out what caused water wall thermal fatigue,and to replace those water wall pipe with thermal fatigue crack.

    Abstract:With the development of urban construction,the heating area of Yining city,where is located in the severe cold region of western Xinjiang,is increasing annually.Therefore,the scattered small boilers heating mode is replaced by the cogeneration district heating mode gradually.For urban district heating,Ili Coal and Electricity Company Limited.plans to construct two 350MW cogeneration units and corresponding pipe network,which adopt the energy saving technology of high back pressure circulating water heating.The two units are working in peak shaving mode,which means when one unit is working in high back pressure heating mode,the other one is in extraction condensing mode.This paper introduced the high back pressure circulating water heating solution of 350MW supercritical air cooling unit and analyzed its feasibility.It considered that the solution could increase the heating ability and relieve the heating tense situation of Yining.

    Abstract:This paper introduced the current situation of fume dust removers in coal fired power plants in China,the national policies and requirements of ultra low emissions of coal fired units and the commonly used fume dust removal technology.After that,a comparative techno economic analysis of three soot ultra low emissions retrofit schemes were carried out,which are adopting high efficiency dust removal desulfurization tower,adding dust removal demister and adding wet electrical dust precipitator.Through comparison,the retrofit scheme of adopting high efficiency dust removal desulfurization tower is proved to be the most stable, reliable and the lowest cost one.

    Abstract:As a new generation mode,a large amount of the integrated doubly fed induction generators (DFIG) have an effect on the dynamic behaviors of the power system.With the installed capacity of DFIG based wind power increased,this impact on the power system stability is gradually emerging.In this paper,the theoretical analysis and simulation verification for the angle stability of the synchronous generator after the DFIG connected to the grid are studied from two aspects,one is reducing the synchronous generator output and the other is replacing the generators with the equally capacity DFIG.The results demonstrate that the DFIG connected to the system is benefit for the angle stability of synchronous generators to a certain extent.
