    Abstract:After analyzing Huadian Laizhou Power Plant Company Limited No.2 boiler water wall high temperature corrosion causes,the plan of to provide side wind on the both side of furnace to reduce and prevent reducing atmosphere and high temperature corrosion on side water wall was claimed.After reconstruction,cheek damper opening test was carried out.Based the test result,the advantaged and notes of reconstruction plan were summarized.

    Abstract:In response to the call of the national energy saving, it has been important corrective measures for many domestic power plants to reduce boiler flue gas temperature and recycle waste heat,whereby low temperature corrosion resistant materials are put forward higher requirements.Regarding this situation,studies are conducted on several low temperature corrosion resistant materials.The results show that Teflon tubing and ZS1041 anti corrosion coating are suitable low temperature corrosion resistant materials with good corrosion resistance.They are appropriate for power plant boiler flue gas heat recovery,which can achieve energy conservation requirements to a greater extent and improve the overall economic benefits of the plant.

    Abstract:Under the condition of the high temperature and high pressure,the water cooling membrane walls are apt to corrosion and leakage on the heating surface of them.it was the high temperature corrosion that made the pipe walls reduced,which caused the pipe wall couldn’t resist the pressure and the burst happened.The cause for the corrosion of the pipes was analyzed in this paper.Accordingly,the combustion modes,the coal qualities and boiler improvements were improved.After the improvements above, the leakage of the membrane walls were greatly reduced.

    Abstract:After a low nitrogen combustion transformation on a certain meagre coal fired power plant,a few problems had come out,such as heating surface of combustion zone is slagging and highly corroded by high temperature,and the content of combustible matter in fly ash is high.In order to control the dynamic field inside furnace,a dynamic field experiment had been conducted under a high cold state,which included three layers of powder blast ring diameter test,variable secondary air volume test and independent wind pressure and vane test. Based on the analysis of test data,the main reason for these problems is determined basically,which brings proposed governance and operation adjustment.

    Abstract:Due to the blockage of trash screen of Jiuligou Hydraulic Power Plant,rotary trash remover was selected as trash removal equipment.This paper introduced the layout,structure and specifications of the rotary trash remover applied in Jiuligou Hydraulic Power Plant.After installation,flow condition was improved,unit efficiency and generation capacity were increased.The author also included treatments and improvement advises to problem of trash removers,which can be referred for similar hydraulic power plant trash remover design or improvement.

    Abstract:In order to improve the automatic control level,some feedwater control strategy optimization measures were adopted for the 1050MW ultra supercritical power unit of Huadian Laizhou Power Generation Company Limited,such as changing the feedwater control strategy to coal dominated strategy,controlling the coal water ratio by adjusting the fuel and water supply,adding superheat control circuit, and adding boiler combustion simulation circuit for feedwater flow setpoint,etc.After the feedwater control strategy optimization,the result of steady load test shows that the operating indicators ofimportant parameters related to the power unit are qualified,which improves the quality of coordination control and contributes to the energy saving and cost reducing.
