    Intelligent power plant construction is the development direction of electric power industry informatization, establish large data integration platform for power plants to produce all kinds of data processing is a key step of constructing power plants with wisdom. Per the characteristics of the electric power industry, analyze the data source and data structures, designed the special data platform architecture to deal with data and calculation of deep mining gives accurate decision support information. The platform in a coalfired power plant actual operation, the operation results show that the platform can handle power plant data and it is concluded that the correct information.

    To build digital power plant, Huadian International Power Corporation Fengjie Power Plant 600MW ultracritical unit chemical water treatment system realized site busbar. Combined PROFIBUS site busbar technology and maxDNA distributed control system, proper hardware and control algorithm was provided based on the characteristics of chemical water treatment system. Study result indicated that this system satisfied control requirement. The operation is safe and reliable, the possibility is proved.

    An Internetofthingsbased high voltage vacuum breaker intelligent digital monitoring system was indicated. The vacuum circuit breaker is based on DSP data acquisition processing center, by using the hall current sensor, pressure sensor and displacement sensor mechanical properties such as sensors and the wireless temperature measurement module for high voltage vacuum circuit breaker mechanical finish data collection and processing, as well as to realize the local wireless communication mode will be available after processing the data information sent to the vacuum circuit breaker intelligent digital monitoring center. The core of the intelligent digital monitoring center is based on VB platform. Take Access as backend database management system, used to store kinds of monitoring information, and to facilitate monitoring personnel to query the operational parameters of high voltage vacuum circuit breaker display and fault analysis. Field test prove that this system has higher working stability and accuracy.

    Refueling method is essential for the economy and safety of reactor. By Monte Carlo method, physical model of miniature reactor was built by MCNP software. Accurate physical calculating model of fuel, coolant, reactor core and reflector were built accordingly. The effective valueadded of refueling after the core factor keff, neutron energy distribution and neutron flux density radial distribution of physical quantity calculation, analysis and calculation at the same time focus on core power density distribution. Draw up the core power density distribution of threedimensional figure, summarizes the power density distribution. By a series physical calculation and summarization of data, the reference for reactor core improvement and effect of refueling method for reactor core power was indicated.

    The lubricating oil system is normal or not, will directly affect the safe operation of gas turbine. Especially when the main oil pump gradually exits after the splitting revolving speed drops, the timely startup of an alternating auxiliary lubricating oil pump has great significance for the safe operation of unit. When the unit is operating, if an operating or standby valve of regulator station has fault and could not be opened, the startup of auxiliary lubricating oil pump under 50% revolving speed has some hidden troubles. After optimization of modifying the startup logic considering all possible conditions, the tile burning failure of generator is prevented, which ensures the safety of operating equipment.

    Owing to space limitation, a mechanical draft cooling tower is adopted for a certain newly built gas turbine thermal power plant in Zhejiang. Furthermore, because that the project is located in urban area, the noise reduction requirement is higher, and the noise environment is needed to reach Ⅱ class standard. In the early technology selection period of this project, some technical measures are considered to reduce the body noise of a mechanical draft cooling tower to a minimum, with some noise reduction measures for air inlet and outlet are also adopted in later period, the whole noise control of the cooling tower is successfully to meet the requirement of environmental Ⅱ class standard.

    This paper introduced the common problems in the cooling process of postweld heat treatment of large diameter and thick wall 9% Cr steel pipe, analyzed its reasons, proposed some improvement measures, and conducted a contrast test. Through changing cladding method of thermal insulating cotton, the problems of lower cooling rate and curve bifurcation at the later cooling period of postweld heat treatment of large diameter and thick wall 9% Cr steel pipe are effectively solved, which improves the quality and efficiency of postweld heat treatment.

    To save energy and reduce coal and gas consumption, and reduce emission, the possibility of lowtemperature surface water  heat pump system was studied. Constrained by the temperature of winter surface water, closedtype water  heat pump system was adopted. The system adopts the single stage and double stage coupling operation, after calculated and analyzed system heating efficiency ratio and indicated that the winter water temperature in extreme cases provided 45.0℃ water heat pump, heating system efficiency were greater than 2.6, proved the feasibility of using the low temperature water heating in winter. To single stage and double stage coupling heat pump system at the same time heat pump heating efficiency than the contrast (investigate), determines the low temperature water source heat pump system respectively with 45.0℃ and 50.0℃ hot water of single and double switching condition water temperature of 5.0℃ and 8.0℃.

    For the flue gas selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification urea hydrolytic system, the mixed gas at its outlet should have a certain degree of superheat. In order to meet that requirement, this paper introduced a method of using a gasgas heater (GGH) to heat the cold dilute wind and the GGH device has internal flue at outlet of denitrification system, which has some advantages of simple system, small investment, convenient maintenance and obvious energy saving effect. The practical operation effect meets the expected performance requirement and provides reference for similar energy saving transformation project, which has good popularization value.
