    Some problems exists in the detection and analysis of harmonic signals when using current wavelet basis function and fast Fourier transform algorithm, such as spectrum aliasing, spectrum leakage, etc.,and it causes a large error of detected harmonic wave. For the problems, a new accurate detection and identificationmothodis proposed in this paper, which using the Meyerwavelet basis function to make wavelet decomposition on harmonic signals due to its characteristics of infinite conductivity, biorthogonality and no spectrum aliasing phenomenon. After that, a simulation experiment of harmonic signals using this method is conducted and its result is compared with that of db3 wavelet basis analysis, which verified the accuracy and effectiveness of this method.

    This paper analyzed the defects in current protection configuration of voltage regulating transformer of rectifier unit and the necessity of configuring differential protection, proposed solutions of differential protection, and focused on the fundamental principles of differential protection of voltage regulating transformer that based on gear tracking. For the possible exceptions of gear collection, several gear checking methods were proposed. When the gear checking failed, it would switch to high constant value differential protection mode, and which could ensure the reliability of differential protection.

    While W boiler Y type oil gun burning heavy oil, carbon deposition, coking, nozzle and oil pipe blockage usually happened. Based on the incident of continuous extinguishment, poor atomization and continuous decreased oil flow that happened during a newly built boiler commissioning, the blockage cause was analyzed. Treatment and improvement measurements was taken accordingly. After treatment, the oil gun blockage was significantly improved, and work fine during boiler start. The problem of oil gun cleaning was fundamentally solved. Oil gun long term and continuous operation was ensured.

    This paper introduced Indonesia Cilacap 1×660MW ultracritical unit major equipment and bypass control system. Based on the requirement for bypass control system under fast cut back (FCB) operation condition, the bypass control system was improved. After improvement, the unit passed 100% load FCB test.     To better control the quality inspection of hydraulic power plant crescentrib steel bifurcated pipe composite welds, phased array technology was adopted for sector scanning. The scanning result is very close to dissection. Which proved that ultrasonic phased array inspection is fast, accurate. It also can accurately measure incomplete penetration depth, which is not capable of traditional ultrasonic inspection.

    Blockage frequently happened on a power plant’s No.4 pulverizer. After times of examination and adjustment, this problem remained. By tests of powder pipe air speed, coal powder fineness and powder concentration, the cause of blockage was determined as partial powder aggregation. After adjusting pulverizer separator damper, blockage was eliminated.

    Abstract:At present, 600MW ultracritical unit usually adopted incorporated startup method of both electricity and steam driven water supply pump. To solve the problem of high current and large energy consumption, the advantage and procedure of only applying steam driven water supply pump was introduced. After this change, power consumption was reduced. Time from synchronization to denitration system started was shorten by one and a half hour.     Abstract:This paper introduced a portable tool to change high temperature and high pressure valve seat. Based on this tool, a new type turning tool, including butter, vertical guide liner, sleeve, fixing flange, hand wheel, lock hoop and other parts, was designed. To adjust position and depth of turning tool per valve seat depth and valve seat hole inner dimension, turning tool will drilling and move vertically to turning on site. This tool requires less operational still, less change term and will increase work efficiency.

    Abstract:With more and more serious aircooled condenser bundle deposition, unit operation backpressure is much higher than design value, and has to operate in lower load. Drywet incorporated cooling system is able to lower operation backpressure and increase load capacity in summer. The application of drywet incorporated cooling in a 2×600MW directcooled unit was introduced and analyzed. The author indicated this technology has well economic efficiency and worth widespread.

    A power plant’s 600MW subcritical direct aircooled unit jointed grid low load regulation, rang of 50% to 100% rated load. The coal consumption of this unit reaches to 360g/(kW·h) in load operation. To find the causes, thermal performance test, equivalent enthalpy drop and other methods were adopted.     Abstract:In virtue of high efficiency, less energy consumption and other technical features, gas engine became more and more popular for smaller capacity triple cogeneration system. Due to combustion structure of gas engine, it is difficult to control oxynitride emission. At present, gas engine flue gas temperature doesn't fit to typical denitration catalyst. By reconstructing flue gas waste heat part, tripe cogeneration system effectively cooperated with conventional catalyst. Oxynitride emission up to requirement.

    Abstract:With the increasing demands of China on environmental protection emissions and water resources conservation, the treatment and reuse of desulfurization waste water in coalfired power plant are gradually becoming the hot spots of power industry. Through analyzing the characteristics of desulfurization waste water in coalfired power plant, which is generated by limestonegypsum wet flue gas desulphurization, and combining with the utilization situations of water resources of different industries, this paper proposes a comprehensive utilization scheme of desulfurization waste water, which is supplied to the manufacturing enterprise of ecofriendly bricks. The scheme could not only save water resources and realize the comprehensive utilization of desulfurization waste water in coalfired power plant, but also decrease operating cost of enterprise and obtain good economic benefits. 
