    Analysis of heterogeneous data in fan controller based on mapping model

    As wind power technology has been an important part of the new energy technology recently, different wind power companies in various cities and provinces has deployed a large number of base stations. With the explosive growth of the wind farm, there is large number of monitoring data in transferring which needs to be taken regular troubleshooting and screening on. However the inconsistency and complexity of the data has created great difficulties for the implement of this work. To this end, a heterogeneous data analysis method based on mapping model is constructed creatively. Different types of monitoring data obtained by the controller (Beckhoff, Mita, etc.) are transmitted to the mapping model via the data input interface. There are many mapping constraints, mapping terms and mapping rules in the definition of this model, which can integrateincoming data into the same data structure. Then the data is sent to the system software platform which is connected to the output interface. Finally it is displayed on the platform after a simple image processing. Experimental results show the implementation of this method can greatly improve the speed and efficiency of daily screening.

The technical characteristics and connotation of energy internet has been elaborated. Important parts of the energy internet which are energy interconnected microgrid, its three layer architecture and key devices on each layer of structure. The connection between photovoltaic, wind energy storage microgrid and active distribution network is put forwards. The architecture of software and hardware applied to a campus energy internet has been achieved, which demonstrates the validity of the structure of energy internet microgrid.

    Due to the improvement of the functional classification of sound environment, the original noise barrier reduction measures for cooling towers cannot meet the second class requirements of ‘Emission standard for industrial enterprises noise at boundary’. Retaining the acoustic barrier structure of the original cooling tower, it takes full consideration of the old facilities, capital of investment and noise reduction etc. It puts forward three different design solutions which are adding silencing mat, improving original noise barrier and adding new sound absorption channels. Through the comprehensive comparison and analysis of these noise reduction design, it recommend the solution of increasing the height of the original linear sound barrier and adding inside sound absorption

    In order to improve reliability and stability of threephase rectifier circuit controlled by integrated shift trigger, a method of closed loop system is given by deduction and analysis of the circuit transfer function. Meanwhile, it proposes a method to realize the soft start of control circuit based on the analyzing the start process of rectifier circuit. Finally, the experimental testing results and corresponding analysis are given which provide a good reference for the practical engineering application of threephase rectifier circuit controlled by integrated phase shift trigger.

    Thermal design is made according to the characteristics of locally installed device which has small internal space, high localized heat and high sealing level. It adopts ‘integratedcase’as layout scheme and adopts thermal conduction pad to optimize thermal resistance,which solve the problem of heat dissipation of the device. Meanwhile system thermal simulation analysis is made on locally installed protection device by finite element simulation software ICEPAK, by which the temperature distribution inside the device can be obtained. Comparing thermal test results with simulation results, it shows that the simulation results are authentic and reliable.

    Rotor grounding protection is one of the important parts of protection system of generator transformer unit. At present the rotor grounding protection cannot be double configured because of the protection principle. In order to become a real double configuration of onepoint grounding rotor protection, the features of onepoint grounding protection of rotors are studied. Simultaneous operation of injecting DC rotor onepoint grounding protection and injecting AC rotor onepoint grounding protection is put forward as a scheme. The two sets of onone point grounding protection can be used dependently and independently. The field test indicates that the double configuration of rotor grounding protection can meet the operation requirements on site.

    Flue gas surplus heat utilization and emission reduction technology of power plant boilers have achieved remarkable results and has been widely used. Studying on water abstraction balance, obtaining inlet and outlet pressure of the electric control valve by theoretical calculation and considering the conditions of flow and pressure, the electric control valve can be reasonably selected, which can ensure the flow direction. The problem of reverse flow in the water abstraction in project reconstruction is solved. The stability and safety of the system operation is ensured.

    In Wuxi Western Gas Thermal Power Company Limited, the filter differential pressure of a 9F gas turbine inlet filtration system increased rapidly to the alarming limit in a short period. Analyzing the problems existing in the original design, it puts forward a set of measures which includes improving coarse filtration precision, upgrading fine filter’s filtering material and change outlet of exhausting gas. After the transformation, the filtration system works well, which reduces the operation and maintenance cost, improves the safety and stability of the unit and obtains remarkable economic benefits.

    Take a 300MW unit of Xuzhou Huarun Power Company Limited as an example, using the unit’s thermal parameters and operational parameters after the low temperature economizer modification, it compares energysaving effect of low temperature economizer with two methods in which the equivalent enthalpy drop calculation and low temperature economizer switching test are used. The evaluation results verify the correctness of the theoretical calculation and the method, and the two methods can be used for mutual check.

    Watervapor system of heat recovery steam generator is far more complex than coal burning boiler. Domestic studies on chemical cleaning of heat recovery steam generator are still in exploring. It discusses the selecting principles of cleaning medium in chemical cleaning of heat recovery steam generator in operation. The cleaning characteristics of high, medium and low pressure system are analyzed to designs a combined cleaning proposal for multisystems. It efficiently shortens the cleaning duration, and put forward disposal approaches to deal with liquid waste according to the cleaning proposals.

    In order to make full use of waste heat in regional distributed energy system, the exhaust gas temperature of heat recovery steam generator (HRSG)should be minimized. For the distributed power system with heavy steam load but no return water, the water supply of the thermal system needs to be deoxygenated before supplemented into the thermal system. Deoxygenation and water feeding system can adopts atmospheric type and vacuum type systems, which can be combined with the hot water heat exchanger at the end of HRSG. It is a solution to reduce the exhaust gas temperature of the HRSG. Comparing the performance parameters of two different deoxygenation systems, it can be seen that the exhaust gas temperature of the vacuum deoxygenation system is lower.

    During the first start of a power generation company’s unit after its overhaul, the aqua soluble paper residue used in the pipe welding on the boiler heating surface entered the condenser from the bypass system. It caused clog of condensate pumps’s outlet filters successively,which forced the boiler to stop. The filters were blocked again right after cleaning, which affected the startup process. A method in which condensate system was separated from the water supply system was used in circulating washing the condensate system. The unit returned to normal operation. Finally the problems that should be noticed during the units’ overhaul are summarized.

    In the operational process of gas insulated switch (GIS), there may be low voltage alarm due to the decrease of SF6 gas pressure in GIS which is caused by the aging of the sealing element and the stress test. During the supplementation of the SF6 gas, the air will enter the GIS and its pipes, and the excessive SF6 gas will be directly discharged into the atmosphere. Taking practical projects into consideration, a new gas supplementation device is designed which solves the problem above well. Finally, the treatment method on decomposition of SF6 gas is summarized.

    In the operation of ultralow emission of a 300MW unit, the phenomenon of partial nozzle clogging and properly adjusted ammonia injection of partial reactor’s section exists chronically. The analysis is mainly concerned with its layout and location. In this paper. The necessity of optimizing the ammonia injection system is put forward and the original scheme is optimized and modified by means of numerical simulation. Ammonia injection grid is moved from the horizontal flue to the vertical flue. The modified plan has the advantages of less investment and convenient maintenance, etc. It is expected to effectively prevent nozzle clogging, enhance ammonia injection effectiveness and prolong catalyst life.

    Taking the circulating cooling sewage reuse system of Wuda Thermoelectric Station as example, it introduces the technical characteristics of immersion ultrafiltration, characteristics of components and operation condition of ultrafiltration membrane module. The ultrafiltration operation parameters are analyzed. The operation results of ultrafiltration membrane shows that the application of a domestic immersion ultrafiltration membrane module in this project is reliable, which can provide reference for the water reuse of power plants in other northern inland areas.

It discusses the automatic control method of ammonia injection flow and puts forward an optimized control method, by which fixed NOx outlets are cascade controlled, to replace the single loop denitrification.     In a chemical water workshop of a power plant,the pretreatment filter of reverse osmosis is easy to be blocked due to the original water quality. The filter cartridge is replaced frequently and the operation costs is high. Furthermore, pretreatment filter blocks are easy to accelerate the pollution and plugging speed of the reverse osmosis membrane and inhibit water yield. After optimizing the reverse osmosis prefiltration system, the results show that the optimized system effectively reduce the frequency of filter replacement, running cost, maintenance work intensity and increase the periodical water yield. Meanwhile, the system can be effectively avoided from suspending of osmosis system while changing the filter cartridge, which ensures the continuous and adequate supply of demineralized water. The economy and safety of reverse osmosis system are improved.
