    According to analysis on the reasons of oxide skin forming and shedding in the (ultra) supercritical boiler and combining with practical examples, the effective measures were adopted to control the rate of the oxide skin forming and shedding. The pipe blockage fault by oxide skin was reduced, and the reliability of the equipment was improved.

    In the wettodry state transition process of the wall tangential firing ultra supercritical boiler, due to that the radiated heat load increases and the heat exchange coefficient of the medium inside pipe reduces, the tubes of the vertical water wall may be overheat easily. Combining with the experience of starting and debugging of the 680MW ultra supercritical boiler in Hubei Xisaishan Power Generation Company Limited, the reasons of overheat of water wall tubes in back fire side in wet/dry state transition process were analyzed, and concrete preventive measures were put forward.

    Aiming at the 600MW subcritical drum boiler of Guohua Ninghai Power Plant, an experiment of combustion optimization control was carried out. Under different load, some measures, such as to change the air distribution mode, to reduce the parameters of the primary air and to control the oxygen properly, were adopted. Under various load points, the power consumption of the three fans (the induced draft fan, the forced draft fan and the primary air fan) was reduced. The mass concentration of the NOx emission was reduced. The overall economic efficiency of the boiler was improved. Simultaneously, the capacity margin of the fans was increased. According to the experimental results, the boiler optimal operation instruction sheets were formulated, which can be used as reference for economic operation of boiler of power plant.

    bstract:The functions and the features of the master control system in wind power generation system were introduced, and the communication mode of the master control system was described. According to the requirement of the practical project, the communication system of the wind power converter was designed, in which the RS232 serial port communication was adopted, and the BX3100 PLC was selected and used as the ProfibusDP slave station. The Profibus bus communication between the wind power converter and the master control system were realized by the communication system. The principle and the program flow of the system were expounded, and the test results were given.

    The heat pipe has important application value in industrial residualheat utilization and some other special industries. Thus, the research on heat transfer performance optimization and comprehensive design is of great significance. The three factors influencing on the heat transfer performance of gravity assisted heat pipe, which include the fin in pipe outside, the pipe shell diameter and the working fluid filling ratio, were analyzed. The relation between the fluid filling ration and the input heatflow density, which can cause the heat pipe to fail, was found by experiment. Based on the experimental data, the influences of the heatflow density on the vaporliquid distribution inside the heat pipes with different fluid filling ratio were analyzed emphatically.

    The file IEEE Std 80—2000 “Guide for Safety in AC Substation Grounding” was introduced. Using the software EDSA, the designed ground grid was simulated and analyzed. The simulation result was compared with the result calculated according to the file DL/T 621—1997 “Grounding for AC Electrical Installations”. The result shows that the software drawing can substitute for traditional complex calculation process at all and can improve the efficiency and accuracy of design work.

    Taking the doubletuned filter in a converter station as example, using the Matlab software simulation, the tuning frequencies of the filter under different combination of the filter taps and the impedances and phases under the frequencies were calculated. The tap combination of the filter, which can satisfy the design requirement best, was obtained. The correctness of the simulation computation was proved by the field tuning experiment data.

    bstract:The distance protection of transmission line in the process of testing input many parameters, including impedance, angle of impedance,fault types,short circuit current,rated voltage, zerosequence compensation coefficient and so on. According to the request of parameters put into, relay protection testing device can be calculated automatically with the calculation program and the generation of voltage and current test required, but without corresponding calculation process. By through analysis of calculation in process of tester output voltage, current , enable testers to clear from the theoretical principle of distance protection test in various short circuit faults,the result of this paper provide refercece for operator relate to testing.

    After the variable frequency reformation of the boiler primary air fan of a power plant, the frequency converter of the primary air fan failed frequently and led the air fan to trip, and after the fan tripped, some problems exist in loading process of the fan in restarting, which influence on safe and stable operation of the unit seriously. The all links of the variable frequency control of the primary air fan were analyzed, and targeted optimization reformation was carried out. The test shows that the optimization reformation realizes the design goal and provides good basis for safe and stable operation of the unit.

    The main steam temperature has characteristics of the large inertia, the large delay, the nonlinearity and strong nondeterminacy. Aiming at this complex control object, an optimal control scheme based on water/fuel ratio was adopted to control the main steam temperature. The analysis of the real time operation curve of the unit shows that the scheme is effective.

    The research, application, structure and performance characteristics of the domestic and foreign electricbag composite dust collectors were expounded. Aiming at the application effects of domestic electricbag composite dust collectors, the influence of the ozone generated by highvoltage electric field on the service life of the PPS filtering material and the influence of the gas flow distribution between the electric zone and the bag zone on the performance of the dust collector were analyzed. The electricbag composite dust collector is suitable for application in precipitator reformation project for efficiency improving,and in order to ensure the precipitator to operate normally and perfectly, it is necessary to select the filter material with strong antioxidant ability and to reduce the secondary voltage of the precipitator electric field. For new projects, especially the projects without the semidry desulphurization and SCR denitration devices, the electricbag dust collector is not recommended.

    In order to solve the problems of scaling, blockage and corrosion of the GGH of limestonegypsum wet desulphurization system, a new type chemical clean technology for GGH was proposed, in which it is not needed to dismantle the heat transfer elements. The neutral chemical cleaning agent will be sprayed on the GGH surfaces directly. The cleaning period of the new technology is shorter. The scaleremoving efficiency of the new technology is not less than 95%. The neutral chemical cleaning agent does not corrode the heat transfer elements and devices. The waste water of chemical cleaning will be treated in the power plant waste water system and discharged as qualified waste water. The operation rate of the desulphurization system, the GGH of which had been cleaned by the new technology, was increased by more than 0.5%. The SO2 emission was decreased, and favorable social effect was obtained. According to the estimation, to clean a 600MW unit one time in a overhaul period can generate the economic benefit ¥1,000,000~2,000,000 in one year.

    The active power and reactive power of stator of doublyfed wind power generator is controlled by the rotor voltage control. The relation between the rotor power characteristics and the converter capacity design was analyzed. The equivalent circuit of the doublyfed power generator was deduced. The power distribution relation of the stator and rotor of the generator was calculated by the equivalent circuit. Using the Matlab software, the rotor current and voltage variation characteristics of the doublyfed generator and the power distribution relation of the generator stator and rotor under different conditions were simulated and verified. According to practical example analysis, the design method of the main circuit hardware of the doublyfed converter was proposed.
