    Taking the 2×660MW ultra supercritical unit reconstruction project of a power plant as example, the general situation of the ammonia injection grid of the SCR deNOx project, which contains square tooth type rub preventing mixing plate and has low resistance, was introduced. The features and idea of the optimized design of the ammonia injection grid were expounded. The test verification and the application result in practical project show that the ammonia injection grid can satisfy the requirements of ammonia injection and mixing in deNOx projects.

After the ammonia tank was added in a power plant, some new problems may be occurred in fire extinguishing water supply and drainage system, to which must pay enough attention in practical project.

    Online monitoring of flying ash carbon content is of important significance for the unit operation and the boiler combustion regulation of a power plant. In the developed flying ash carbon content online monitoring device, a series of technical methods was adopted, which includes the sampling in constant speed, the microwave attenuation method measurement, the purging by pressed air, the ash removal by vibration, the pneumatic ash discharge, the automatic control and so on. The working principle of the device and the structure features of its main components were expounded emphatically and the field application was introduced.

    The main performance indexes of the NiCrTi antisulphur corrosion spray painting materials 45CT and PS45 were tested and analyzed. The results show that the chemical compositions of 45CT and PS45 are alike, and the microstructure morphologies of the coatings prepared by 45CT and PS45 are similar. The corrosion weight gain experiment was carried out for the two coatings; and the dense Cr2O3 and Cr2NiO4 structure was formed on the corroded coating surface, which has excellent hightemperature sulphur corrosion resistant capability.

    Although there are many forms of the state equation for the overhead wire and their solving processes in present design work, they are all

    simplified based on the parabola. Certain error will occur in design calculation based on these forms of state equation; especially, the error will be more

    obvious under the conditions of large altitude difference, large span and large windage yaw. The exact state equation for the catenary is transcendental

    equation including hyperbolic function. Using the Newton iteration method, the solution of the equation was found. In the solving process, the exact state

    equation for the catenary with conditions of large altitude difference, large span and large windage yaw was adopted, and the result verification method was

    given.

    In operation of the 600MW boiler of a power plant, the stalling accident of the primary air fan occurred two times continuously. According to

    analysis, the main reasons of the primary air fan stalling are that the thermal control logic of the mill is irrational, the calculation of the air coal

    ratio is irrational, the coordination logic of the unit is irrational and so on. The preventive measures and treatment method of stalling of the axial flow

    primary air fan were proposed. Some technical measures, such as to reform the fan and the pipes layout, to arrange the coal blending of the mill rationally

    and to decrease the load adjustment speed of AGC properly, were discussed.

    The reasons of the jam fault of the hot primary air valve in the 600MW coalfired boiler were analyzed combining with practical example. The

    the lowspeed circulating water pump operates, the rubber ball recovery rate of the condenser rubber ball cleaning device was very low (below 50%). The

    reason of low ball recovery rate was analyzed. At present,by improving the condition for putting the rubber ball cleaning device into operation, the rubber

    ball recovery rate achieves above 95% when the lowspeed circulating pump operates, which can satisfy the requirement of the condenser cleaning.

    The shale gas is a natural gas existing in various phase states and concentrating in shale formation with lower porosity; it is an unconventional

    natural gas resource and becomes focus area of unconventional oil and gas resource exploration and development in entire world. The US obtains great success

    in shale gas development and provides good demonstration for other counties to develop their shale gas industry. The shale gas industry of our country is

    still at beginning stage and faces with impediments in the geologic information, the technology, the base installation, the police system and other aspects.

    The successful experiences of US in development of shale gas industry were analyzed systematically.Some targeted suggestions were put forward for

    accelerating the development of domestic shale gas industry and increasing the natural gas production combining with domestic practice.
