    The causes analysis on overtemperature of main steam of supercritical oncethrough boiler at initial stage of startup

    At the startup process during commissioning period of No.1 600MW supercritical units in Anhui Huadian Suzhou Power Generation Corporation Limited, the problem of little overtemperature of the main steam occurred many times, especially in the first time of parallel in power grid. The main reasons were the small burning heat load, too much air flow and fuel, larger feedwater flow, unreasonable designs of attemperating water. In these regard, the series of measures were adopted, such as lowering the feedwater quantity during ignition, reducing fuel input, improving combustion, increasing combustion heat load, controlling the negative pressure of furnace at -100Pa, the total air flow of 0.5 ~ 0.6 million m3/h, and raising feedwater temperature above 100℃,etc. the problem of overtemperature of main steam during initial stage of startup process has been solved, and all the parameters have reached designed demands.

    No.1~No.4 lean coalfired boilers in some power plant were early products manufactured using introduced technique from CE.The first unit was put into operation in 1991, the faults of boiler reheater pipes cracking were occurred many times because of overtemperature, wear and crack. Combining with these 4 boilers′ treatment experiences, the comprehensive analyses have been done for the common pipe cracking faults of boiler reheater. An example was presented in this paper as a reference for the same type of boilers.

    Salaqi Power Plant of Shenhua Shendong Power Corporation Limited has the first 300MW CFB (Circulating Fluidized Bed) boiler made in our country; this paper introduced the main slag discharge faults in the operation and analyzed their reasons. The failures recovery and equipments reform were explained briefly. Combination with the hidden troubles in slag discharge system of CFB boiler, a set of precontrol measures was proposed.

    When the load was down, the energy corresponding to output power of unit is equal to the sum of the heat created by combustion in furnace and the released cumulative heat. The output power at this condition may still be greater than the minimum load for steady combustion of certain coal grade, but its one part is produced by the boiler cumulative heat releasing, so the power produced by the combustion heat may be lees than the minimum load for steady combustion of the coal grade, and this will lead to extinguishment of boiler. According to analysis of concrete reason, the corresponding countermeasures were given.

    The convection surperheater′s structure and 440t/h boiler system were introduced, metering and analyses were conducted for the sample of failure pipe. It was considered that the superheater blast was caused by the blockages of oxide skins, which were taken into pipes during unit startup and shutdown, and metal residues, which were left when maintenance, the blockage lead to overheating and then blasting. At last, some concrete suggestions for prevention pipe blast were proposed.

    In the direct air cooling system, the key technology of air supply system is the optimal selection and design of axial fan. It is of great importance on the optimal design and economical operation of air cooling system. The static pressure of the axial fan depends on the flow resistance of the air cooled condenser (ACC).The causes of pressure losses when air passing through each part of A-shape air cooled condenser were analyzed. The resistance coefficient at different part of the bundles was determined. It offers good help for the optimal design of direct air cooling system.

    The 10kV voltage level was adopted basically for power supply in medium voltage power distribution network of some area. Along with the increasing of electric load density and the expanding of service area, the original power distribution network is not satisfy the needs for power supply. Development of 20kV voltage level power distribution network should bring notable benefit in reducing transmission losses and increasing transmission capacity.     The classification of grounding mode for 10kV power distribution network was introduced. The advantages of neutral point grounding by resistor were put forward. The advantages and disadvantages of higher, medium and lower resistance of resistor used in neutral point grounding were compared. It was pointed out finally that the neutralpoint grounding of 10kV power distribution network by resistor is helpful for elimination faults of power network rapidly and effectively.

    The reasons leading to abnormal operation of hot reheater steam pipes in No.1 supercritical unit of Ruijin Power Plant of China Huaneng Group during trial operation were analyzed, and the pipe stress was calculated. Based on above analysis, the optimal adjustment scheme of the supports and hangers of the pipe was put forward.After implementation of the scheme, the pipe stress is equalized, the supports and hangers work well, and the requirement of longterm safety operation condition is satisfied.

The initial judgment for it may be oil leakage, after inspecting and treating the fault was eliminated.
