    Abstract:The national energy structure features of the New Zealand were analyzed. Starting from the angles of the energy efficiency improvement, the pollutant emission reducing and the environment protection, it was put forward that under premises of ensuring economy development and pollutant emission reducing, to increase utilization of renewable energy sources is effective way for reduction of consumption of fossil energy sources and improvement of energy utilization efficiency.

    Abstract:Give example as distributed energy station in Huadian Industrial Park project, designing ideas of forbuilding distributed energy station installation schemes were analyzed. Pass through calculation, analysis and reasonable allocation of distributed energy station equipment, an optimized scheme was concluded that the energy station can realize highest efficiency and achieve maximum return at minimum investment, as well as meet the requirements of normal operation.

    Abstract:Among the anticorrosion methods of the chimney in fossil power plants, it is the titanium that acts the best, although some local corrosion occured in some instances. In this paper, several welding parameters were selected to improve the welding performance of titanium and enhance the anticorrosion effect. Through the comparison of the corrosion behaviour of specimens near the weld seam, an optimized welding parameter was proposed.

    Abstract:Based on theoretical calculation, the stator hoisting equipment stress in a coal fired power plant was monitored during the process of overload construction by resistance strain gauge method; then the test data derived were compared and contrasted with lifting equipment safety data, so as to ensure the security of major stressed areas and guarantee safe and stable overload construction of hoisting equipment.

    Abstract:nuclear power plant requires enormous hydrogen element, consumes large amounts of hydrogen, and has high demand on the reliability of hydrogen supply system. Currently the hydrogen supply system of domestic nuclear power plants adopt two type of schemes in general: hydrogen production and hydrogen purchase. Give example as third generation 2×1250MW nuclear power unit, in a nuclear power plant as case study subject, the researchers conducted a thorough comparative analysis on technical and economic factors and finally defined a technologically reliable, economically reasonable model of hydrogen supply system for nuclear power plants.

    Abstract:In the output transmission system of the Yangcheng Power Plant, the line voltage fluctuated in 0.3 to 1.5Hz with uniform amplitude. It was found by research and analysis that the reasons of the abnormal line voltage fluctuation are high content of 47 time and 49 time harmonics in the system, insufficient sampling points of the synchronous phasor measurement unit (PMU) and the poor adaptation of PMU. The software program of PMU was upgraded, and the abnormal line voltage fluctuation was eliminated. The effectiveness of the improvement measure was verified by theoretical simulation and site practice. The result in this paper provides reference for practical power system operation and monitoring and analysis on abnormal fluctuation of the PMU curve.

    Abstract:The operation mechanism of hydraulic coupler were introduced. The influences of various hydraulic coupler parameters on belt conveyor performances, the parameters including transmission power, braking torque and brake closing time, strain and initial position of strained drum on the effect of belt conveyor working condition were analyzed.     Abstract:Taking two 600MW coalfired power units of Huaneng Tongchuan Zhaojin Power Plant project phase I as example, the technical reformation scheme of “merging induced draft fan and booster fan” was analyzed. The economical efficiency and the auxiliary power rate of the units after reformation were compared with those indexes of the units before reformation. After the reformation, the induced draft fan operates stably, and the expected reformation goal was achieved.

    Abstract:A metrical information collecting circuit with antiinterference function used in cement balance weight manufacturing was introduced. Using the circuit, the metrical common interference signal and electromagnetic interference signal can be prevented, the signal transmission way can be simplified, the error of the metrical signal can be avoided, and the accurate transmission of the metrical signals was ensured. So the technical difficulty in metering and control of cement balance weight manufacturing for the ship lift of Three Gorges project was solved, and the technical level of the balance weight manufacturing was raised.

    Abstract:The working principle of the integrated membrane water treatment technology was introduced. The process flow and equipment arrangement of the integrated membrane water treatment technology were expounded. Taking Tianjin Huadian Wuqing Gas Fired Distributed Energy Station as example, the feasibility to use the integrated membrane water treatment technology to treat the circulating water blowdown water of the distributed energy station was analyzed. After the integrated membrane water treatment technology was put into use, the water was saved, and the pollutant emission was reduced. The ion exchange equipment of the traditional water treatment process was replaced, and the technical difficulty in waste water reuse was overcome.

    Abstract:The operation situation of the indirect aircooling system was introduced. The working principle of the aircooling radiator and the main reasons of freeze damage of the radiators were analyzed. The method and target of reformation were proposed. The circulating water input and output ways of the cooler of the indirect aircooling system were changed. The connection mode of the air emptying pipes of the cooling column waterfeeding chamber and the microcirculation system of air loop pipes were improved. The performance test result of improved system shows that the winter freezeproofing performance and the annual economic efficiency of the system were improved significantly.

    Abstract:In a power plant project phase I, the ash sluicing water of ash yard and the circulating water blowdown water were recovered. The two kinds of waste water were mixed and treated by coagulation, clarification and filtration processes. Then, a part of the water is used as ash sluicing water and for mixed purposes in plant area, and the another part of the water treated further by ultra-filtration process and the reverse osmosis integrated membrane deep treatment process, and then was used for water make up of the boiler. The process flow, the matters needing attention in design, the debugging process and the operation of the recycling system were introduced. After the system was put into operation, the quality of the pretreatment and aftertreatment output water was stable and can satisfy the requirement of inlet water quality of the boiler make up water treatment system.

    Abstract:A method of making up water for boiler during the boiler pipe sweeping period was introduced. In this process, the condensate pump, the lowpressure header and other devices are not needed to be put into operation, and only the condensate transfer pump or condensate make up pump shall be started to supply the water to scattered users and to make up water to deaerator. By the method, the water consumption of scattered condensate users was ensured, and the water make up requirement of the boiler during pipe sweeping period was satisfied. The auxiliary power was saved effectively, and the cost of boiler pipe sweeping was reduced.

The filter screen in inlet of the compressor was replaced, the turbine cooling air cooler system was reformed, and the operation mode was optimized.     Abstract:The soot blower of desulphurization GGH in the 600MW unit of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant is controlled by PLC, and the operators can not determine the device faults quickly. The local PLC and the position coder were eliminated, and according to the GGH soot blowing process flow block diagram, the new control logic was designed in DCS. Then the soot blower is controlled by DCS, which provides convenience for operators and thermotechnical personnel in operation, monitoring and maintenance of the system.
