Abstract:The problems occurred in operation of the air preheater of a power plant were introduced. The feasibility to additionally install the frequencyadjustable highsound intensity sonic sootblower and to develop the pollution online monitoring platform was analyzed. The application result shows that after the frequencyadjustable highsound intensity sonic sootblower had been installed, the pressure difference of the air preheater decreased obviously, and remarkable economic benefit and social effect were obtained.

Abstract:The current general graphic platform can not satisfy the requirement of smart substation in integrated information processing. A new graphic platform based on the standards IEC 61790 and IEC 61850 was developed. Many functions are integrated in the new platform, which include the unified modeling of graphic model library of primary and secondary equipments, the integrated primary and secondary equipments mapping access components, the integrated configuration tools, the topological analysis and coloring based on CIM package and so on. The platform can be used to monitor the power grid operation status and the equipment operation data. By the platform, the power system information integration and modeling technology sharing can be realized. In addition, the remote browsing of the state grid and the source side maintenance of the China Southern Power Grid can be realized. The equipment graphic primitive layermanagement function and the advanced plugin component management function were integrated. The embedded threedimensional figure display function was added. The integration level and the operation and maintenance level of the system were raised. The system was put into trial operation successfully in a smart substation in Ningxia.

Abstract:The realtime data acquisition system PI-Process Book is combined with Excel. The collected boiler monitorig data are compared with normal value continuously. The results are used to decide if the boiler parameters and the equipment operation are normal. The realtime monitoring of boiler is realized. Then the unit continuous automatic operation, the automatic alarm and alarm record are realized. The system can give prealarm of abnormal situation of boiler equipments and parameters, which provides more sufficient time for unit accident treatment.

Abstract:The practical problems encountered in site were analyzed. Combining with the fault treatment experiences, under normal operation condition of the axial flow fan with adlustable rotor blade, the output feedback structure of the hydraulic cylinder of the axial flow fan with adjustable rotor blade was improved and optimized. After the improvement, various hidden troubles of the fan, which may cause high fault rate of the fan cylinder, were eliminated thoroughly, the fan outage accident and the MFT accident were avoided, and the operational reliability and stability of the boiler air flue gas system of the power unit were improved effectively.

Abstract:In a power plant, during the unit maintenance period, by means of metal inspection, it was found that there were cracks in the support’s lining plates of the main steam pipe and the hightemperature reheat steam pipe. The reasons were analyzed, and the experiences of repair welding were summarized. The defects were eliminated successfully. Abstract:Aiming at the false trip accident of the 10kV line protection in an 110kV intelligent substation, the protection devices and the secondary circuit were inspected, and the site record files were analyzed. It was determined that the reason of the false trip accident is abnormity of the AC current sampling of the protection, and the reason of the abnormal AC current sampling is looseness of the AC plugin components, which causes floating voltage in circuit. Abstract:In Huadian International Shiliquan Power Plant, the copper pipe of the condenser leaked frequently, and the condenser backpressure was increased. Aiming at above problems, according to the comparison, the reformation scheme of tube bundle displacement was selected. The features of the Tepee tube bank and the concrete reformation items were introduced. The contrast test of the performances before and after reformation shows that the problems of larger condensate hardness and higher condenser backpressure were solved effectively. After the condenser had been remodeled, obvious economic benefit was obtained, the investment payoff period is only 1.79 years, and the reliability of the equipment operation was improved greatly.

Abstract:Due to loop resonance, a 380V AC contactor is unable to reset normally. The abnormal phenomenon was analyzed by numerical calculation. The analysis result shows that the main reason of the problem is the influence of the distributed capacity of the cable. Abstract:In regard to condition of high carbon content in fly ash and low boiler efficiency caused by burning complex coal type and rather poor quality coal in the 700MW supercritical unit boiler of Fengcheng PhaseⅡPower Plant, therefore, combustion adjustment tests have been done to change the condition, such as change fineness of pulverized coal, change primary air flow, and change combination mode of coal mill etc. Optimization has been done for boiler operation mode in accordance with tests result, including choose coal type properly, confirm optimum air flow of coal mill, adjust outlet oxygen volume of boiler in time, increase loading oil pressure of coal mill grinder roll and so on. After optimization, the boiler efficiency has been increased greatly, and decreased station service power consumption rate and carbon content in fly ash, thus achieved favorable economic benefit.

Abstract:The electrostatic precipitator of units No.1 and No.2 of Zhuhai Power Station of Guangdong Yudean Group Corporation Limited was put into operation for more than a decade. According to the results of performance diagnostic test, under the present coal supply, the dedusting efficiency of the precipitator can not reach original designed value. In order to meet the requirement of the file GB 13223—2011 “Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants”, the electrostatic precipitator was reformed into electrostaticbag compound dust collector. After the reformation, the mass concentration of the emitted smoke dust was reduced obviously, and the dedusting efficiency was raised significantly.
