    Abstract:With 390MW gas steam combined cycle units of one power plant in Hangzhou as object,the paper studied feasibility of increasing device of carbon capture.Absorption liquid screen was conducted according to type of gas turbine,and one low energy absorption liquid was selected. According to difference of recycle scale,three typical schemes were made, respectively whole capture, capture quantity is 0.5t/h, and 1.0t/h,then economy and technology were conducted comparison, the result showed that feasibility of scheme with capture quantity is 1.0t/h is the best,its economy is the best,so it is the recommended scheme.

    Abstract:In order to shorten design cycle of heat exchanger and improve design quality,thermodynamic calculation software for shell and tube heat exchanger was designed,which is based on Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as its programming language and Microsoft Visual Foxpro as its underlying database and combined with Origin as data analysis mapping.Based on optimal principles,optimizing design model was built for the target of minimum total annual costs of shell and tube heat exchanger,and optimized through project case,which brought good design effect.

    Abstract:In this paper,an Al2O3 ceramic packaging material for heat storage was prepared using direct sintering method and its corrosion behavior in molten LiNO3 was researched.Through the analyses of X ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope (SEM),it was found that the chemical composition of prepared ceramic packaging material is stable and the main ingredients are silicate minerals.The molten salt immersion test of the ceramic packaging material showed that the weight of ceramic sample first increases and then decreases as the extension of immersion time.The weight losses of ceramic sample that based on its initial weight are -2.4% (weight gain),1.9% and 2.3% when the immersion times are 10h,50h and 100h,respectively.Through the morphology analysis of SEM,it was found that the surface of ceramic sample is corroded gradually as the extension of immersion time.The results showed that the prepared ceramic has good thermal stability and it could be used as the packing material for heat storage molten salt.

    Abstract:At present,the generation loads of thermal power units in the domestic are generally lower than the design loads.In addition,the insufficient thermal deformation of rotary air preheater could increase the cold end air leakage,corrosion and clogging,which will reduce the boiler efficiency and increase the operation cost.For the problems above,this paper analyzed the formation mechanism of cold end air leakage of rotary air preheater and proposed a control method of combining a variety of ways from two aspects of dynamic seal and static seal.

    Abstract:The construction of two 660MW coal fired turbine generator boilers in Huadian Xinxiang Power Generation Company Limited frequently coke and coke out.In order to ensure unit safety and economic operation,decoking agent was added in boilers.The best solution was selected through tests on the coal,as well as the position,amount and composition of decoking agent. After the implementation of the program,the boiler coking was effectively reduced and the stability of the boiler was improved.

    Abstract:This paper introduced protection principle of injection type of rotor earth fault protection equipment generated by additional power and hazard of rotor earthing.Based on an earth fault of main exciter rotor of a set of separate excitation system,this paper proposed a process of fault handling and analyzed the cause of this fault.At the same time pointed out that the system failure cannot be detected if rotor earth fault protection equipment is under specific operation mode.A reasonable judgment means of assistant measuring is provided.

    Abstract:There are six independent regional power grids in China,which are running at their respective frequencies.In order to realize the crossregional power transmission of thermal power plant,the parallel change over problem should be solved, which is because of the different grids between the auxiliary working power supply and stand by power supply.This paper analyzed the reasons that caused the difficulty of auxiliary power supply change over,and proposed some measures of leading the power supply of standby transformer from the busbar of booster station or adding generator circuit breaker at the power plant design process. For the built power plants,the two auxiliary power supplies are from two regional power grids,it could realize the parallel changeover of auxiliary power supply through adding synchronizing devices for the switches of auxiliary working power supply and stand by power supply,and taking the generator operation with auxiliary power supply as intermediate link when the unit is starting up or shutting down.

    Abstract:For the Self generation Power Plant of Tianshan Aluminum Company Limited, the mass concentration of NOx  which emissions from the No. 2 boiler reaches up to 500mg/m3(standard state, dry basis, reduces to 6%O2). In order to reduce the denitration cost and prevent the clogging of air preheater that influence the overall output of boiler, a retrofit of wide coaltype adaptability,deep low nitrogen and anti clogging combustion was conducted.After the retrofit,the coking phenomenon of burner is not found any more and the mass concentration of NOx is effectively reduced with small fluctuation.

    Abstract:For the near zero emission requirement of thermal power units, this paper acquired the influence factors of mass concentration of NOx at the inlet of denitration device through the variable oxygen volume test, the throttle opening test of separated overfire air (SOFA) and the coal type test. After that, some measures of modifying the oxygen control function, optimizing the throttle opening of SOFA and collocating the coal types reasonably, etc. were proposed, which provided a reference for the operation adjustment of similar units.

    Abstract:Landfill is still one of the main disposal methods of municipal solid waste at present and the resource utilization of landfill gas has huge potential. This paper proposed an integrated systematic technology of preparing natural gas using landfill gas as raw material, and applied it in engineering project. Taking the conventional natural gas standard as the product specification, this paper confirmed the systematic technology according to the modular design philosophy. The engineering application shows that systematic technology is feasible, the device is stable, the quality of prepared natural gas fully meets the design requirements, and it has good social and economic benefits.
