    The anti interference design of analog integrator for electronic current transformer

    Abstract:In the electromagnetic compatibility test, the analog integrator of electronic current transformer is liable to be disturbed.According to the characteristics of surge and common mode interference of electrical fast transient, this paper proposed the antielectromagnetic interference measures for the analog integrator of electronic current transformer. It optimized the voltage suppression circuit using safety capacitors, piezoresistors and transient suppression diodes, improved the filtering circuit using metal film resistors, high frequency capacitors and differential amplifier with high common mode rejection rate. Meanwhile, the surge suppressing, voltage clamping and high frequency filtering of interference signal were conducted by adopting some measures, such as optimizing the circuit board layout and strengthening the grounding, etc. The experimental results proved that this analog integrator has strong antiinterference capacity.

    Abstract:In the new generation intelligent substations, to protection the LV busbar, shared information provided by advanced internet communication technology was fully applied, incorporate with merging unit and intelligent unit, ring grid distributed arc protection for intelligent substation were indicated. Slaves interconnected by dual redundant ring grid and share data with each other. Based on highly reliable communication, logical judgement will not be done by salves. Pointband universal type sensor and its selfinspection technology will benefit the system extension and maintenance. High speed tripping technology will increase the overall performance of intelligent substation.

    Abstract:As the peak valley difference of grid load and the capacity of heating unit increase, the stability and dispatching of power grid are faced with great difficulties. In order to ease this situation, most of the heating units need participate in the peak load regulation while ensuring the heat supply. In this paper, a linear fitting of turbine working condition diagram was conducted and its fitting function was obtained, which could figure out the peak regulating range of cogeneration unit according to the information of current heating extraction flow, maximum main steam flow and minimum power, etc. This calculation method is convenient and rapid for engineering use because that the local thermal test is not required, and it was verified that the calculated peak regulating range is basically close to the actual range by living example.

    Abstract:The coordinated control system of traditional thermal power plant is difficult to meet the requirements of power grid under new circumstances. In order to make an analysis and optimization of the system,a load pressure mathematical model of unit should be established.Taking the 2×330MW units of the first phase of Huadian Luohe Power Generation Company Limited as examples,this paper established the mathematical model of units on the basis of mechanism analysis, and confirmed the model parameters according to the historical data and the results of dynamic test. In addition,a simplified model was also built for the distributed control systems of objected units.Through comparing the model results with actual operation data of units,it was proved that the model has good accuracy and reproducibility.The establishment of unit model could lay a good foundation for the future application of advanced control algorithm.

    Abstract:As the capacity and other parameters of ultra supercritical power unit increase,the cooling time after the shutdown of unit is greatly extended, which strongly influences the overhauling of unit and reduces its utilization time. This paper summarized the operation process of deep sliding parameter shutdown of 660MW ultra supercritical power unit and its announcements, minimized the body temperature of boiler and turbine, and effectively shortened the cooling time of unit, which ensured the safety, stability and reliability of the unit during the process of shutdown.

    Abstract:In order to implement the national standard of crane safety monitoring and management system corresponding national policies, a method of how to reform the finished gantry crane to meet the requirements of the national standard has been studied. It is based on the original PLC control system framework, and does not affect the normal operation of the original system. It makes the monitoring parameters of the whole equipment more perfect.     Abstract:It has been proved that HR3C steel has good high temperature performance, corrosion resistance and welding performance, and it can be used for ultrasupercritical power plant boiler superheater and reheater tubes. It was found that there is no more difference between run pipe intensity and spare pipe intensity of HR3C, but the brittleness increases obviously,the break elongation and impact toughness significantly reduced of run pipe. A large number of grain boundary carbides in flaky distribution, which reducing the grain boundary strength and making the material easy to brittle fracture along grain boundaries.

    Abstract:In order to improve the safety and reliability of technical water supply system of the Xiaolangdi Project, technical water supply system transformations to two units that combining the unit Alevel maintenance were conducted.     Abstract:The abruptly dropping phenomenon of vacuum degree often occurs during the vacuum pump switching process of gassteam combined circulating generation unit, which seriously threatens the safety and stable operation of unit. Through analyzing the dangerous points in the vacuum pump switching process, this paper pointed out the reason of abruptly dropping of vacuum degree. After the optimizations of operational logic and operation order, the abruptly dropping phenomenon of vacuum degree was eliminated and the safety of equipment operation was improved.

    Abstract:Taking caliper bituminous coal combusted in the forced circulation boiler Model HG-1900/25.4-MPa as an example, the impact analyses of ventilation quantity on coal mill output and life, as well as the desiccant temperature on coal mill output and boiler coal combustion effects are performed. The results show that the appropriate selection of ventilation quantity and the reasonable determination of desiccant temperature and share ensure the coal mill to run at maximum output condition, the power consumption to be reduced effectively, and the service life and economy of coal pulverizing system to be improved. Furthermore, the unit economy, safety and stable operation can be also protected.

    Abstract:In order to accurately calculate the ammonia storage content of horizontal liquid ammonia tank, this paper analyzed the gasliquid transformation rule of ammonia and the changing rules of gas phase pressure and liquid ammonia density in liquid ammonia tank, and proposed a calculation method of ammonia storage content according to the temperature, pressure and liquid ammonia level in liquid ammonia tank. The field application indicated that this method could accurately calculate the ammonia storage content of liquid ammonia tank, the consumption and unloading capacity of ammonia over a period of time, etc.

    Abstract:System efficiency(PR)index is a frequentlyused evaluation parameter for power station, while calculation of PR of photovoltaic power station at present is calculated as per stipulation of IEC 61724—1998 Guide Rule for Performance Monitoring, Measurement, Data Exchange and Analysis of Photovoltaic System, and influence of temperature of unit battery piece is not considered, therefore difference will be caused between calculation value and actual value in winter and summer. The study added temperature correction factor on basis of traditional PR formula, compared result of different temperature correction method, obtained relatively accurate result of Sunpower temperature correction method, and conducted investigation to calculation method of temperature of different battery pieces.
