Abstract:For the selective noncatalytic reduction (SNCR) flue gas denitrification system of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler, some problems are existed when it is operating under low load condition, such as low denitration efficiency, high escape rate of ammonia, etc. Combining the engineering practice, this paper analyzed the operating conditions of circulating fluidized bed units that adopting the SNCR denitration technology under different working conditions, and proposed corresponding improvement suggestions for the existed problems in the operation of SNCR denitration system, which provided a basis for the safety, economic and stable operation of power plant.
