    Abstract:A nuclear power plant applied VEGAPULS 62 guide radar liquid level meter on hot water heating system to precisely measure surge tank liquid level. To prevent demineralized water run over surge tank, and supply valve over frequently act while wash clean, the liquid level meter parameter was improved. After improvement, liquid level in surge tank remains normal, liquid level meter work properly.

    Abstract:The water requirement ratio is an important indicator for the coal ash quality evaluation of coalfired power unit. In order to improve the coal ash quality and its economic benefits of power plant, this paper analyzed the influence factors of coal ash water requirement ratio based on the waterreducing effect mechanism of coal ash, including the fineness, loss on ignition and particle shape, etc.,and introduced the current technologies and methods of reducing coal ash water requirement ratio in China and abroad.

    Abstract:Bellow expansion joint structure was improved and compared with original structure under finite element analysis. The result indicated that stress and axial deformation of improved structure was significantly reduced, deformation difference of expansion joint center and margin was reduced, bending moment on bolt was reduced. After improvement, equipment could resist exterior force more effectively, and bear stronger deflection. Thus, bellow expansion structure improvement could effectively resist exterior force, reduce deflection, and ultimately ensure the operating safety and stability of GIS.

    Abstract:In order to evaluate the operation performance of combined cooling, heating and power unit and perform a realtime optimization, this paper proposed a piecewise fitting method of operation data using genetic algorithm. The genetic algorithm adopted the existing ga function in MATLAB, and utilized the least square method to evaluate the fitting error and constraints to ensure the continuity and smoothness at piecewise points.Using this method, this paper fitted the relationship among high pressure steam quantity, low pressure steam quantity and generating capacity of gas turbine for the heat recovery boiler of a certain distributed energy station in Shanghai. Fitting results indicated that this method could realize the automatic piecewise fitting and the fitting curve could accurately reflect the trend of data.

    Abstract:This paper introduced a new detection method for deexcitation circuit jumper function test using rotor reverse voltage, which could be simulated from the negative half cycle of power rectifier bridge output voltage according to the inductance characteristics of generator rotor. Field application indicated that this method could ensure the reliability of related deexcitation circuit and reduce the deexcitation accidents of power unit due to faults of deexcitation circuit to the most extent.

    Abstract:Anchor bolts for a wind power plant’s P&H prestress pile foundation were fractured after installation. Units were forced to stop, foundation need repair or rebuilt, and caused enormous economic losses. Macroscopic and microcosmic analysis were made, and confirmed that the fracture was caused by insufficient material toughness. Due to inner defect and impurities, stress concentrated partially, and caused crack extended, finally fracture. Material selection standard was discussed, advises were provided for similar projects. 

    Abstract:This paper conducted a feasibility experiment on mixed burning lowashfusion coal in 300MW unit boiler and studied each important monitored parameter and boiler agglomerating under different load conditions, maximal oxygen uptake and type of air distribution. The result shows that the surface of boiler tend to coke after mixed burning lowashfusion coal. However, through adjustment of type of air distribution, coking phenomenon was decreasing, which increased the effectiveness of boiler.

    Abstract:Take SCR reheat heating type in 200MW ultrahigh pressure steam turbine generator unit as an example, and combined with the problem of unsatisfied of denitration efficiency, unstable ammonia escapement ratio and blocking air preheater, this paper analyzed that the reason is because denitrification system was running away from the design value for a long time and several air preheater was blocking. In the end, this paper put forward countermeasures for above problems and set up the lowest temperature of safe operation to make sure flue gas is homogeneous distribution at the catalyst inlet of the reactor during actual operation. This proposal provides a security, high efficiency and stability guidance for SCR denitrification system.
