    Abstract:For the power supply problems of big fluctuation and strong randomicity caused by connecting renewable energies into microgrid, this paper proposes a power smooth control method of microgrid based on energy storage system. This method takes the measured values of battery state of charge (SOC) as feedback and adjusts the time factor of smooth control method, which could effectively avoid the big power fluctuation of microgrid, stabilize the energy storage batteries SOC in the standard range and improve the service life of battery. The effectiveness of this control method is verified by established simulation model.

    Abstract:To study steel structure small machine indirect cooling tower resistance character, a power plant’ 600MW direct cooling unit was taken as study object. Using ICEM-CFD and Meshing software to complete the grid division, the use of Fluent software to calculate the model throughout the flow characteristics, by using fluid mechanics formula modeling, resistance factor was calculated by ANSYS. The result indicated that throat position has largest negative pressure and largest air flow. Resistance factor at X column is smaller than at tower body. Bending position has largest resistance factor. Resistance factor at tower body decreases with Reynolds Number increases.

    Abstract:The test of circulating fluidized bed boiler to blend firing different kind of coal or different kind of coal gangue was introduced. The result indicated that selfdesulfurizing performance is obviously different while blending gangue with different calcium content, higher gangue calcium content, better selfdesulfurizing performance. To blend firing high calcium content gangue will remarkably increase boiler selfdesulfurizing performance. For power plant firing high calcium content and low sulphur content coal, to blend high calcium content gangue will increase overall desulfurization efficiency and reduce SO2 emission.

    Abstract:Specific requirements to regulation performance of automatic generation control(AGC) of power unit are proposed by the “two rules” of North China Grid Company Limited. For the problems of low load change rate and low load response speed of AGC existed in a certain F class twoonone gassteam combined circulating generation unit, a proportion integration differentiation (PID) control of variable parameters is added in the power control circuit of steam turbine, and a threshold method is adopted in the power and speed limiting circuit of AGC, which improved the load change rate and load response speed of steam turbine unit. After that, it meets the examination requirements of AGC under the premise of guarantee the safe and stable operation of unit.

    Abstract:For a certain 300MW power unit, the designed system of low temperature economizer with steamair heater could realize the combining waste heat utilization of turbine and boiler, which recover waste heat of flue gas to heat condensation water of steam turbine and cold air at boiler side. After the system put into operation, the boiler thermal efficiency and the circulating heat efficiency are both improved at the meantime, and the full load power generation coal consumption is reduced to 3.02g/(kW·h). Besides, the system also could reduce the lowtemperature corrosion at the cold side and ash blocking of air preheater, control the pressure drop at flue gas side of air preheater, and improve the electrostatic precipitator efficiency. At the end of this paper, the countermeasures for existing problems in the system operation are proposed.

    Abstract:For the technical water supply system of power unit in Yunan Huadian Ludila Hydropower Company Limited, a large number of plugin flowmeters are allocated. And the success rate of unit automatic start up is decreased because of the single function, unstable quality and large operation maintenance workload of plugin flowmeters. Through analysis and demonstration, some measurements are adopted to ensure the safe and stable operation of generating unit. The first one is removing unnecessary flowmeters, the second one is replacing the plugin flowmeters by sleevetype flowmeters, which have the advantages of high response sensitivity, high measurement accuracy, good stability and simple installation technology, and the last one is simplifying and optimizing the operation success conditions of technical water supply of power unit, which could shorten the startup time of hydrogenerator unit.

    Abstract:After the ultra clean emission transformation of coal fired power unit, the amount of ammonia injected of denitrification system and mass concentration of regional ammonia escape were both increased. In order to conduct the ammoniainjected optimization test based on the concentration field of ammonia escape, the regional realtime mass concentration test of ammonia escape is necessary. Combined with a large number of testing experiences, this paper analyzes the problems of the M-NH3 portable ammonia escape analyzer that appeared in the field test, such as the light path correction, weak spectral signal, filter clogging, electrostatic interference, ammonium sulfate deposition, and the pollution of reflection probes and optical components, etc. After that, this paper summarizes the instrument maintenance measures, which improves the accuracy and stability of ammonia escape test.

    Abstract:Ultrasupercritical requires high quality water vapor.SiO2 contains is very low. The tolerance of existing spectrophotometry method to measure SiO2 content is very big. So that, it is difficult to monitor the varying of SiO2 content. Take a 1050MW ultracritical onethrough unit as example, this paper examined the tolerance causes from drug, method, environment and instrument. Test operation and procedure was improved.     Abstract:At the initial operation stage of continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification flue gas in Anhui Huadian Suzhou Power Generation Company Limited, measurement faults occurred frequently, which affected the reliability of online flue gas monitoring, made the operation adjustment difficult and increased the maintenance work amounts. This paper analyzed the measuring principles of CEMS, summarized the common faults and their treatment measures of CEMS, and proposed some prevention measures. After adopting a series of measures, the measurement failure rates of NOx and NH3 of CEMS were effectively decreased.

    Abstract:Under the pressures of energy conservation and emissions reduction, the utilization of renewable energy becomes an important means to reduce cost and improve efficiency of an enterprise. Combining with the local advantages of rich solar energy resources, low shielding rate of buildings and rich sewage heat sources, the sewage treatment plant builds distributed photovoltaic system and installs sewage source heat pumps in plant, which constructs a multienergy complementary integrated energy supply system. In the system, the average treatment capacity of sewage treatment plant is 40000m3, which consumes a huge amount of electricity. The photovoltaic power generation system, whose average annual electricity production is 1059018kW·h, average annual equivalent utilization hours are 1170 and selfuse rate is 94%, could provide sufficient electricity for sewage treatment system and sewage source heat pumps, and the remaining electricity could be sold online, which would save 1190000 yuan for the plant in total. In addition, compared with the air conditioner system, the sewage source heat pumps also could save electricity 150763kW·h. In conclusion, the multienergy complementary integrated energy supply system could save standard coal 387.1t and reduce emissions of CO2 and other pollutions 483.6t year, and which is helpful to improve the resource utilization rate, promote energy conservation and emissions reduction and reduce the operation costs.
