    Abstract:After analyzing a power plant’s 300MW unit subcritical boiler flue gas system, combined with ultralow emission reconstruction, an improvement plan was indicated. By electrostaticbag precipitator extend, media gasgas heater improvement, fan collection and system resistance improvement, existing flue gas system resistance was reduced. Besides fulfilling environment  protection requirement, the power consumption was reduced.

    Abstract:At first, this paper discusses the nondestructive testing method of alloy bearing for common inservice turbo generator. And after that, it compared the strengths and weaknesses of ultrasonic testing and penetration testing technologies according to the structural features of bearing and the characteristics of defects. At the end of this paper, it describes the practice applications of the two technologies in bearing testing.

    Abstract:When preparing multiple coal samples in one sample preparation room, it is easy to cause samples mixing. In order to solve the problem, a multifunctional integrated sample preparation vehicle (unit) is developed. This vehicle could absorb, optimize and integrate the numerous fragmented elements at sample preparing spot, and make a centralized management of many issues in one sample preparing process, such as store,the label writing and pasting of prepared sample. And it makes the sample preparation order more clear and avoids the samples mixing to the maximum.

    Abstract:A transformer is an important facility in the power system and its operation temperature should be continuous monitored. For the large temperature measuring deviation problem of some temperature measuring devices on the transformer and taking the main transformer of a certain power plant as an example, this paper conducted a temperature measuring comparison test on three common temperature measuring devices. It pointed out that the cause of temperature measuring error was the insensitivity of mechanical thermometer and proposed corresponding installation adjustment measures.

    Abstract:Methods to solve the problem for horizontal shading burner thick side improper reverse angle design to hot stage tangential diameter, boiler coking and unstable combustion problem, the mathematical way of combining theoretical calculation and field test are studied, the basic methods of master level shade burner thick side angle of boiler hot state principle and regularity of the influence of tangential diameter, namely using a strong side wind methods of technology, hot tangential diameter will be smaller than the diameter of a theoretical calculation, and the strong side methods of angle, the greater the thermal state tangential diameter will be more than the theoretical calculation of diameter decreases. This study not only for low nitrogen combustion system but also improve the boiler combustion adjustment and accumulated experience, and successfully for boiler is optimized.

    Abstract:With more and more electronic switches were applied in plant auxiliary power system, harmonic pollution was inevitably produced. Took four kinds of electronic switch type harmonic source into consideration, theoretical research and simulation analyze was taken. The effect of harmonic source to busbar was simulating analyzed based on a power plant’s 6kV plant auxiliary power system.     Abstract:A power plant’s No.9 boiler No.1 mill exhauster main shaft was broken. By appearance inspection, widmanstatten structure, caused by overheat, was found at the sections varied area. Thus, the main reason caused breakage was determined that crack generated at sections varied area by concentrated stress while main shaft operating. Creaks extended gradually, and finally caused breakage.

    Abstract:In order to improve the operation safety and economy of unit, a distributed control system (DCS) optimal transformation of supercritical unit boiler of a certain power plant is conducted. Through comparing and analyzing the one year operation data and the test data of preboiler coal quality, fly ash and slag before and after the DCS transformation, and analyzing the influences of changing main operation parameters on coal consumption of power unit using heat deviation analysis, this paper comprehensively evaluated the influences of boiler DCS transformation on the economic operation of unit under different preboiler coal quality conditions and operation loads. And it provided an economic and feasible method to evaluating the quantitative influences of DSC transformation on the economic operation of unit.

    Abstract:Under the more and more strict environmental protection requirement, power plants are stepping forward on the flue gas environmental facilities reconstruction. Completely remove bypass flue, forward lead or remove gasgas heater or add wet electrical static precipitator, any kind of these reconstructions will change the stack operating condition. By combined theoretical analyzing and lab test, stack operating condition under the new circumstance was analyzed. Authors indicated that even though the stack operating condition is getting batter, the corrosion condition is still very serious. Stack anticorrosion is still very important. A few kinds of problematic stack anticorrosion technologies were analyzed. Suggestions for stack anticorrosion reconstruction design, material selection and construction implementation under the new circumstance were provided.

    Abstract:When the draught fan fault of waste heat utilization system occurs, the flue gas could not be discharged through normal system and it need open the flue gas damper of waste heat boiler quickly. In addition, the abnormal discharge of flue gas may lead to the variation of back pressure at gas turbine outlet, and then trigger the back pressure protection of gas turbine. Based on the established physical and mathematical models, this paper evaluated three operating conditions of full fault, semi fault and unit fault of draught fan, and pointed out that the unit fault had little influence on the whole system. If the flue gas damper of waste heat boiler is opened in 15 seconds, the back pressure at gas turbine outlet could be kept normal basically.
